I hate to be that guy who asked to leave one star for a rating but just like the other reviews for this place they are very accurate this place is not worth spending your time or money on because it is just rubbish. I live not too far from the Burger King and my last visit was atrocious I ordered A small whopper and a small fry and a small drink now that is only three items it should not take 25 minutes for them to get that out especially when there’s nobody else in line at the drive-through I remember putting my car in park for 25 minutes and nobody came to the window to even say that it was being prepped it was being ready it was being wrapped nothing! And as always the money that you spend is ridiculously high especially for those three things another thing is that the customer service is atrocious if you ever have a problem and you bring it up to them it’s like cockroaches when you put the light on then they scramble about trying to figure out what they can do and where to go but no one knows where to go or what to do. To you solve a problem but I mean it is Burger King so what else do I expect. I remember one time I ordered a large whopper with cheese and another large whopper but without cheese and they asked me to confirm if I did not want cheese and if I wanted a plain burger I said yes no cheese so yes a plain burger please and she said okay and they gave me my price I went up to the window to pay, they gave me my food I go all the way home open the one with cheese and i ate it so im still a little hungry so open the one that had no cheese in it that was supposed to be plain it was a plain fucking burger no joke just a patty and buns no lettuce no tomato no pickles know nothing! But this is by far the most atrocious horrific Burger King I have yet to eat from. I recommend that you strongly avoid this place but obviously if you’re hungry go in or go to the drive-through but don’t expect that things are going to go your way it’s a 50 – 50.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Burger King in Parsippany. It’s only a few miles away, and they won’t waste your time & money. We went through the drive thru of this location earlier this evening. «Two Whoppers, no cheese, no mayo.» I saw WHOPPERCHS pop up on the board. «Are you sure it’s no cheese?» «Yes, no cheese.» We continued our order, and when the final total showed up, I said«Make sure there is no cheese.» «Two whoppers, no cheese. Got it.» At the window, we found out we couldn’t use the mobile coupon in the drive thru, so we had to park & walk in. Luckily, there was no line & no one waiting. Our food was ready to go. After we paid, I looked at the receipt, which said WHOPPERCHS. «These are without cheese, right?» «Right.» After a few minutes of standing there(while our bag of food was out of reach), an employee came back to the counter, handed us our food, & we left. I’ll give you one guess what was in my Whopper when I got home. I can understand if they misheard us(twice) through the intercom. But we had to go in and we spoke to them in person! They didn’t even check when I asked the third time — now is that being lazy, or were they just lying to me on purpose when WHOPPERCHS kept ringing up? «Have it your way,» indeed.

I go here for one reason: ENCLOSEDCHILDREN’S PLAYAREA. it is its own separate room, has a «2 story» play area and tables. Its the best. Wish the food was Wendys or McD priced, but I deal. parking is kind of a hassle, but the food and the service is usually good. We go here at least twice a month, its great for rainy days when the kids want to run around. bring a book and let them burn energy. They may have kids night on wednesday, never been.

YUCK. Cold, pre-cooked burgers re-heated in a microwave. As bad as the Wendy’s next door is, they still kick BK’s arce at lunchtime. BK is on a financial downslide, and the powers that be are too stupid to figure out what the obvious problem is.
