First, showed up on Saturday afternoon, there was roughly 1.5 quarters left of the Ohio State game, and the server told us the 3 empty tables in the bar area were reserved for people coming to watch the Ohio State game. So we had to wait 10 – 15 minutes. Finally get seated, and realize the TV placements combined with the hanging light fixtures are a horrible idea. Food was subpar(all day brunch burger was over cooked including the egg).

Went there on a slow Monday evening, first mistake… First night of new menu — code for«we raised our prices» — the new menu layout seemed a bit confusing and the descriptions seemed written by a twelve year old told to use every superlative. The waitress didn’t seem to keen to answer questions and I guess we ticked her off. My wife and son were offered refills, however my iced tea, which was nearer empty, was never filled — ever. I had a chicken salad and it was so lacking any dressing as to be flavorless. Of course miss-pi$$ed off never showed up to ask how things were, so I was forced to eat my bland greens with nothing to drink. Not impressed by this unit and even less impressed by the menu and the pricing. I think Applebee’s has lost me forever.

Very rude hostess. Manager wasn’t much better. Long wait for our food and it wasn’t even that great. I’m not even sure how this place is still open. It definitely gives Applebee’s a bad reputation.

The store looks great with the new renovations and the service is great. I’ve been to this location several times and I’m always greeted at the door and seated quickly. Despite my biasses, I definitely notice that the management team is hardworking and doing a great job at ensuring guests are taken care of. A+ for cleanliness and service!

Lousy. Came in at 6:40 and by 7:30 still no food. Still haven’t complained and we’re told our food will be out in a minute. Barely five minutes pass and the waitress comes to our table and says the manager will be right out and comp our meal. Tables sitting well past us are being served. My daughter is noticing and we’re both annoyed. Not anticipating a satisfactory meal we decline and just leave. Waitress appearing slightly stunned. That’s life in the big city sweetheart. You’d never survive in a large metro with that nonsense.

No matter where you go in the country, you can always trust an Applebees for dependable food. This one was just fine, the waitress needed to understand our drink orders a little better, but, she took very good care of us.

Visited this Applebees today with my friend and 8 kids. Granted, 8 kids can be dangerous in a pack. However, they were as well=behaved as I had ever seen them. We had been there about an hour when an older couple sat down across from us. They are apparently not a fan of children. They told the children they were stupid and smelled like crap. Then told my friend we were horrible people for letting the children get away with so much and said we should be thrown out. I confronted them and they stood up and said the children were ot of control.(not the case.) I told the lady to sit back down and leave us alone. That is when the manager(Jarret Trudel) appeared and told us we needed to leave or he would call the police. Apparently confronting people in a «family» restaurant for saying nasty things to children is a crime. I asked why he was prioritizing a couple over a party of 10 and he said we should just leave. We complied, then I went back in to ask him his name. He wrote in on a piece of paper, but had not identification and refused to show me anything with his name on it. He said he was the only manager on duty so he didn’t need to prove who he was. I’m assuming he lied to me when he gave his name. In the end, I would suggest to not take your children to this particular Applbees or even visit yourself. We spent a lot of money there and were threatened with prosecution for confronting the individuals talking badly to our children. I will likely not visit another Applebees because of this incident. The company is clearly not family friendly and caters to those who complain about anything.

JOP, it’s an Applebees. Quick lunch spot for our hour break from training, with enough average choices to please my coworker G. Their 14 minute lunch menu leaves something to be desired for the more adventurous eater(although, if you’re adventurous you may want to skip this place altogether). I ended up with the French Dip Sliders — three grilled(= hard) buns, with lean roast beef(= scary meEt) and swiss, with a teeny tiny side of au jus for dipping. When I saw the size of the au jus ‘cup’, I wanted to ask the waitress for more… then tasted it and realized I didn’t need anymore. $ 8.50 and included a side(I went with tasty steamed broccoli even though I really wanted the onion rings). I should have gotten something else. Our server Lauren did a nice job, getting the food out in just 8 minutes and refilling our drinks regularly.
