Since this is the 1st post in a while everybody has been missing a great place! Take a walk back into nostalgia– it begins with a great bar, pool tables, great food & Mustang Sally the bar maid that rules the roost ! Get a sandwich — easy split for 2 as it’s 6″ thick. Great friendly staff with a great old bar. If you are in West Chester a must visit!

YEEEHAWWW! If you’ve never been to the Brickette Lounge you have to check it out. It’s like walking back in time. Up to a few years ago it was just filled by cowboy types from who knows where? Probably Caln. But now it has a mix of college kids, professionals AND people from Caln. Great for people watching. The bands are hit or miss, And it’s not just Country music either. They often have bands that play classic rock. Great drink prices too. You get get a JD for $ 5 and it’s the size of a double anywhere else.

The Brickette Lounge is a hidden gem here in West Chester, it is one of the only bars in the area that offers live music on the weekends and no cover charge. They also have Karoke once a month. They offer several craft and seasonal beers and rotate the taps with new offerings. The Brickette serves sandwiches and bar food and the prices are reasonable. This is the sort of place that you drive by 50 times and when you finally stop in you will kick yourself for not doing so sooner. Smoke free is a plus!

Cheap drinks, roomy area, smoke free, good band. We didn’t try any of the food, but it smelled good.

I have no idea how this place is here. This is a country, cowboy bar that is in the middle of a busy road near west chester. I went on a saturday night for a birthday party and it was good stuff. The bar was empty but got more crowded as the night goes on. They simply cater to the older cowboy and their friends. The bar serves cheap good beer and they even have a Klondike bar on the menu… what more do you want?

I have been driving past this country cowboy bar for 12 years wondering about it, and wishing that I had the country skills to have fun there. I finally went there, and there were no country skills required! This crowded loud bar with live country entertainment(with no cover) is an excellent bargain. The beers and food are reasonably priced, so you could buy about 3 beers for the price of just the cover at The Note. During the week they have open mike, line dancing, and karoake. On the weekends they have live country bands. The atmosphere is country tacky and cheap, with a touch of history. It has been around for 40 years.
