Let me start off by saying I actually like Del Taco Food, but I’ve been very disappointed with this specific Del Taco(which is the closest one to my house) lately. I went through the drive through around 11:15pm(3÷13÷2016) tonight, I ordered 8 salsa fresca tacos, they told me they didn’t have corn tortillas, if flour was ok, i said«Sure». As I arrived at the window they informed me there was no pico de gallo, so they were out of 2 of the 3 ingredients for the salsa fresca taco. Last week they were out of chicken. I’ve had this issues with this specific Del Taco mutiple times and Im only writing this review hoping they’ll straighten out their inventory issue. I actually ended up driving to the Del Taco in Covina Off of Citrus and Puente. They gave me great service with an excellent product.

I would give 0 stars if there was a way to give 0 stars but since there’s only one star of the lowest rating I will get one even stand I been in line for the last 40 minutes at there drive thru it’s beyond ridiculous I should not have to wait 40 minutes to get drive thru food it’s not like they’re cooking filet mignon for crying out loud it supposed to be easy fast something and pick up quick in for the kids and just go I’ve been in this and I’m stopped because of people behind me so I can’t even leave this is the last time I go through this drive ever again

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Maria,(she says she’s the only Maria there) who took my order was rude over the intercom and when I pulled up to the window to pay she nearly dropped my food. She then asked if I needed hot sauce but she didn’t let me finish talking. So I asked for customer service number she says it’s on the receipt but she didn’t even give me that before slamming the window in my face. Someone FIRE her or teach her better customer service. First and last time here. I had to put a star… but I really didn’t want to… ZEROSTARSFORYOU!

I was very disapointed once I got home with my food. First they told me they were all out of inferno sauce and I went in and they had more. Then I got home and opened my chili cheese fries and there was a big fly right on top of them! I also ordered a quesadilla which was burnt to a crisp. I will never go back to this location!

Always understaffed and out of something. The wait is always long even though the place is practically empty. Always check your food before leaving to make sure everything is right.

Ehh, I’m disappointed in this establishment. I’ve had two visits here and my second visit will probably be my last. During my two visits I’ve also brought friend with me who is a Del Taco Assistant Manager from N. Azusa Ave. location to review their service with me. 1st. Visit: I ordered strawberry lemonade for my friend and I. My friend(assistant manager from the other DT) took off the lid and checked the strawberries. Turns out the strawberries were super old, and only got one scoop of the strawberries as well. Disgusting and that’s not even the right amount of scoops for strawberries in a «Strawberry Lemonade» as well. :/ 2nd Visit aka my last visit at this location: My friend was with me again and this time I ordered iced coffees and breakfast burritos. The iced coffee was super water-down and there’s like black shit on the bottom of the cup, not even mixed, and when I took a sip it tasted like ass. Disgusting again. As for the breakfast burritos, they were terribly wrapped, portioning was horrible, it wasn’t even warm, just cold. And now my stomach is getting upset, f*** this location. Note: Employees here are well mannered but the way they make their menu items are trash work. Work on that, practice more. Peace.

This is my second visit. My first visit it took me 15mins with one car in front of me In the drive thru. Second visit, I waited 30mins in the drive thru with two cars in front of me already ordered. Waited from 1p to 1:30pm on a Saturday with my 5yr daughter crying in the back seat. I was so pissed I just left and I didn’t even get my food. Horrible service.

Worst location ever, got our order wrong ended up with a ton of free stuff not to mention we ordered only a few things and we ended up with an extra drink and an extra fry. Which the frys were completely burnt and tasted like they were re fried a few times, tasted like burned grease. The coke was also awful all soda no syrup. If I could give it no stars I would gives del taco a bad name.

I love that we have a Del Taco near my house now. I always go at night and there is one girl who always works the window who is spot on. But sometimes there is this other lady and her English«no is good» so she always messes up my order. That is the only reason I took off one star. Also, I am loving their new turkey tacos. Please keep that on the menu. Healthier and more yummy!

This is the complaint i sent to the corporate office of del taco: I ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for the advertised price of $ 1.80 for 3 and the lady, Sonia, charges me a total of $ 2.29. I asked her why it cost so much and she said its because of the tax. It doesn’t take a genius to calculate 9% tax on an item that cost only $ 1.80. I asked her how much the item cost without tax and she says $ 2.10. I clearly showed her the advertised price in front of the cookie container that clearly says $ 1.80 for 3. She then went on to say that the advertised price has not been changed yet. I kindly asked her if she can honor the advertised price and she said«No». I would have thought that a company like Del Taco, that makes millions a year, wound honor an advertised price of 30 cents cheaper but i guess i was wrong. I looked at her badge and noticed that she was the shift leader and kindly asked her again if she can give me the discounted price and she still said«no». I know this location is fairly new and has some«kinks’ need to be worked out but not honoring an advertised price is just bad business. What ever happened to the old saying where«the customer is always right» especially when they are right and proved it. 30 cents is not a lot to me which is why I bought it but 30 cents can mean the world to those less fortunate. Something definitely needs to be done about this cause i would hate for this to happen to someone else.

I have been waiting for this location to open for quite a while and it has been a HUGE disappointment. The workers are completely clueless and they had no idea how to even take an order. I’ve been to several locations and I’ve never had horrible service like this at ANY Del Taco. Not only did their timer say it took over 9 minutes to get me my food at the window but also they forgot my drink and I had to go back through the drive thru and wait another 10 minutes to get it. Also they say that they are open until 12am at night yet they locked their doors at 11:15. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE.

I love del taco, but this location needs to step it up. I know its a new location but they forget EVERYTHING. still good food and cheap.
