First time experience was wonderful, the associate was friendly and knowledge with their shoes. Today the second visit, the lady was not so good, her customer service was poor… we already told her what kind of boots we looking for (work), she just stood there quite, until I ask «which shoes you would recommend? «that’s when she show us…
Would still go back… but hope will be better
