This Marco’s location is pretty decent. It’s definitely one of the better chain pizza restaurants in the area I think is worth going back to order from. We ordered 4 pizzas and each one was good and consistent. I’ll definitely order from them again.

Tried Marco’s after finding a coupon and really glad I did. I think the thing that sets Marco’s apart from other pizza places is the crust, cheese and volume of toppings. I have had the Pepperoni Magnifico twice and the Bacon Double Cheeseburger once. The pies were so good that Marco’s is now my pizza place. I am excited for family to visit so I can have them try this pizza. With coupon’s the price is very competitive with the other big chains in the area. Delivery is fast.

Great pizza the first time it was ordered. But all of our subsequent orders have been disappointing. When you have three hungry kids ages 4 and under, and the pizza shows up 2 hours after the delivery time it takes a special kind of delivery person to help accomplish said«feat». After calling the restaurant several times and being told it left and should have been delivered by now we got our pizza. A meth head who smelled horribly of BO gave us our food. They had decided to take a detour to get high during their deliveries. No apology from the restaurant.

Nasty chain pizza, almost like someone decided to take a junky sauce like they use on Tombstone and cake it onto a shell from Little Caesar’s. LC, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, pick any of those for a better pie, if you have to go chain. It may have had borderline inedible sauce, but at least it dripped with grease the entire time. Avoid. Were it not for their support of the Red River Zoo, which like all zoos, badly needs some very nice corporate support and patrons, this is closer to a 1 star experience, basically the epitome of substandard corporate chain crap.

Love their pizza! The people are very courteous and the delivery was made in less than ½ hour.

I’m a pizza junkie, and when I heard that there was a new place to try in West Fargo I decided to give Marco’s a try. I decided to go with their Deluxe Uno pizza, as I usually can’t decide on what to get(aside from everything) on my pizzas! My wife wasn’t in the mood for pizza, so she decided to try their Meatball Bake, and we got their CinnaSquares for dessert. The guy who took our order over the phone was pleasant, and said our food would be to us in about 45 minutes. Unsurprisingly, after 45 minutes, we received a phone call from the delivery driver; he couldn’t find our place(we live at a funky address). He was very apologetic over this, so at least they care! They really pride themselves on their sauce, but I honestly thought it was a little bland. The pizza wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. My wife said the same about the meatballs, and we agreed that the dessert was just so-so. The prices were fair, and they send out enough mailer coupons that you’re never wanting, so that’s a plus. Overall, these guys aren’t the best in town, but they’re far from the worst. If you want a pizza, but are sick of the chain places(Domino’s, Pizza Hut, etc.), go ahead and give these guys your business!

Just moved to Fargo from Florida and we haven’t even unpacked the truck so I obviously wasn’t going to cook. My daughter was begging for pizza the whole trip so finally we decided to order. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very courteous plus we already had a coupon for a large pizza! SCORE! She said it would be about an hour. Seemed a bit extreme since I only live about a mile away but ok… I started laundry and only about 30 minutes later there was a buzz. I opened the box and the pizza looked awesome! Then on my first bite… I was in love! This pizza is awesome! I won’t be losing this pizza places number!

I love their pizza but I hate not being answered after nine o’clock. I don’t care if they close at ten I want their pizza. They’re losing out on money as far as I’m concerned.

I’ve pretty much made Marco’s my go-to for all my pizza needs. Now, with that said, I’ve had a couple of ups and downs. There have been a couple of times when I’ve gotten the wrong pizza entirely or it wasn’t really done in the way which I specified. However, delivery is always prompt — even on really busy nights. Customer service has always been top-notch for me(I come from a service industry background, myself). The food, even when it’s been the wrong pizza, was still hot, well-seasoned, cooked very well, and the toppings have been fresh. In the two times that I’ve ordered something and it’s been unavailable, I’ve gotten a call within five minutes of my online order offering an alternative or to credit back that particular portion of the order.

Gave this place another visit and my golly, it’s still good. The place lacked atmosphere for a Saturday night, but we got carryout anyway. No one at all was sitting down to eat and they didn’t look overwhelmed with orders. I hope that’s not a sign that business isn’t doing well! The food was great, again. My wife’s pizza was packed to the gills with toppings. They completed my special instructions for my crust correctly. The cheezybread was delicious. I added to my order by calling, after placing it online. The guy who answered the phone was polite and made the change like it was nothing. Give these guys your business!

I’ve ordered loads of times for pick up and eating in and haven’t had a negative experience yet(not that they could never happen, just haven’t yet.) The prices are very good and the pizzas are delicious. I’m particularly fond of the Old World Pepperoni, it’s amazing! This pizza isn’t for overloading the toppings, though, it overpowers the awesome a bit. The workers have always been very friendly when I go in and I love the laid-back atmosphere. I compare it to a more chill Jimmy John’s. This isn’t to everyone’s taste, but I love being able to joke around with the workers, it cheers a starving person up and stops them from being grumpy. At least it works that way with me. Love the breadsticks, too, I could make that a meal any day.

Tried these folks 3 times. Deep breath… First time I ordered online. Easy! Fast! Good pizza!(the uno) Wheee! :D A week goes by… I try ordering again online. Hey, neat, It remembered me. Wait… now it says my address is no longer a valid one. So I call them. «oh it’s just a glitch, it should be good to go in a couple of days» That’s alright. So I order on the phone. Easy! Fast! The pizza was ok.(some chicken nonsense) Hmmmm. :| Two weeks go by… I try ordering again online. Hey, neat, It remembered me. Oops, nope. still the same problem… So I call. «Um, can you hold? We’re having computer issues» No problem! 10 minutes pass… :/ I Hang up. I call back! «Yeah, um we can’t accept your order because of your address, until a manager can unlock it. Can you, like call back in 20 minutes?» Yeah, um no. :[ Customer Survey time! I live just about a mile from this place. So I was confused as to the problem. I did let them know I was less than happy at my inability to easily give them my money. Got a response back! Good now we can get this cleared up. NOPE. What I got was awesome. Apparently they have«some of the latest and greatest state of the art technology» I am quoting the«boss» as he called himself. And went on to say, «If you would like you have an option of carry out its faster convenient and cheaper if it disturbs you so Much that it takes our crew a few extra seconds to deliver that great tasting pizza to your door. We actually consider ourselves pretty smart for bringing a high quality product to the West Fargo location.» Again another quote from this chowder-head. No apology. No fix. No pizza. Also, and I think this is important, none of my money. When I called him out on this, well… «Please …try the other Guys we will no longer be able to serve you Thanks» Again, from the«boss» I give them a year. Tops. I guess I will have to order pizza from the other ten thousand other places on town. Oh, The pizza was ok, though.

We ordered carryout on the first day they were open. It took a long time on the phone to get the order put in, but considering it was their fist day of business it was understandable. They gave us a time of 40 – 45 minutes for when it would be ready, which normally for carryout would be a long time, but upon arriving we could see it was VERY busy. The pizza was good, but I wouldn’t say above average. They have good deals online or in the mailers they send out, so with that it is better than a Domino’s or a Pizza Hut for a similar price, with more topping options, etc.

The«CheezyBread» was neither garlic-y nor cheesy. 0⁄5 stars for that, and it should never, NEVER be ordered. However, the White Cheezy specialty pizza was amazing and worthy of 4⁄5 or maybe even 5⁄5 stars all on it’s own. The feta and bacon really bring this pie over the top from your average national pizza chain. The store itself was crazy busy with no real organizational flow, so both ordering and picking up were kind of a hassle– from getting hung up on while trying to order to my name being taken down wrong for the order(instead of Eric they thought I said Chris) and it was pretty unprofessional. With a good manager and some time, all these kinks can be worked out, but they do need to be. I would give Marco’s a shot if you live in the local area. Just don’t bother with the CheezyBread.
