I’ve tried to give them my business twice and both times found the staff could care less about me as a potential customer. Resting behind «we’re the only game in town», it seems they feel they don’t have to. In addition, their large selection is unimaginative and they don’t stock specialty items as the name suggests. I will not give them a third chance.

Drove ½ hour to look for 50 hinges and 32 cabinet handles plus drawer inserts. Found staff curt, not helpful. Will just look for what I need online
