this place is so ghetto. I tried to give them a second chance at service. they suck. the first time I ordered for delivery and the wings were cold and raw. the pizza was completely wrong. so I called and complained. I had to come to the store and argue with the manager to get her to understand my food was unacceptable… this time (2^nd time) I walk in and all 3 people working just look at me. I’m not greeted or asked if I wasn’t to place an order… instead they stand in the back laughing and joking making unacceptable jokes and talking about things no one should talk about at work. ridiculous. I’m never coming here again.

I always order the same thing (bacon stuffed crust pizza light sauce well done) hoping it will actually be made right I’ve ordered 4x… This will be my last. They have someone prepping these crusts with little to no cheese. They miss understand light sauce for no sauce the pizza comes out dry and tasting like cardboard.

Best pizza ever by a corporate company. The crust is always light and filling with the right amount of toppings. The wings are OK, but that’s generally because I tend to buy them «naked» or without sauce. Everytime I do I always know they’re fresh. The bread sticks are OK too, compared to Domino’s but can satisfy those cravings on gamedays. The only drawback is that it’s pretty much a takeout restaurant with delivery in most areas of Hartford and west Hartford with a few tables to eat in if you want to.

better than Wings Over West Hartford for wing delivery and service, but could be better.
1 hour to get an order of wings delivered. they did come hot and were well cooked. We got the hottest flavor and there were actually sweet… odd, but I’m guessing that’s just the style of sauce for Pizza Hut. So far the best option for wing delivery we’ve found. I’d still go with sliders if you are looking to carry out.

This branch is absolutely ridiculous. We should have known not to try and order food there when we got hung up on.
My girlfriend was really in the mood for stuffed crust pizza so we gave the chain the benefit of the doubt when we called and had the phone pick up and hang up on us TWICE! We placed an order online and then we get there and actually see them picking up the phone and hanging up on there customers! We waited 45 minutes for an awful, cold pizza and it was very apparent that the people that worked there did not care.

Almost 2 hours of waiting for cold pizza and wings. Worst part is I called the restaurant several times and they kept insisting that: «the driver just left, the driver left already, the driver is 2 minutes away.» Stop lying and just tell me why it takes over an hour for them to deliver when my place is less than 5 minutes driving distance from the restaurant.
