I can’t recommend AAC enough! Everyone is super friendly, Leigh in particular is fantastic but I’ve heard great things from friends about the other nurses as well. The office is lovely and modern, they have snacks and drinks in the front while you’re waiting and the treatment rooms are very zen. Highly recommend if you’re considering laser hair removal or another kind of skin treatment!

Bought 2 Groupons for 3 treatments each, some places only allow you to buy one for yourself so that’s already a plus. The office looks great inside, they get you in and out in about 15 mins and answer any questions you have. It’s over a half hour drive for me to go here for the service but it’s been such a pleasant experience that I don’t mind at all. I bought my 2 Groupons when they were having a 20% off up to 3 deals sale, which makes it even better! I was told on my first visit that they have several sales a year directly through them so it won’t be a ton more even if I do need an additional 3 sessions. Great first experience with laser hair removal!
I’d like to note now with more experience and after 5 sessions, I bought another Groupon for another place and the types of lasers used here are more effective! I will admit they are a little more painful (not serious pain that lasts any length of time), but I see and am pleased with the results so far. I can’t wait to do a review to tell about my experience at the other place, I’m just trying to not create waves while still in the middle of tx. Lol

My first appointment was ⁰²⁄₁₆ and I was nervous. I emailed several ladies on this site that left reviews to request information. I found that the reviews were right on target. My tech was Annette (loved her) and she was wonderful. She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I have booked my second appointment and request Annette again. I figured that I am already comfortable and acquainted with her so why ruin a good thing. My session were for my forearms and a Brazilian. It was uncomfortable occasionally but I think I did pretty good. If you are considering laser hair removal I would definitely recommend the Anti-​Aging Center. The office was easy to find and they provided coffee, water, and several types of snacks were available. Also, please remember that this is a service, that is provide by a nurse, and they should be tipped. Thank you Annette and the staff at the Anti-​Aging Center!

I think I made an excellent decision going to the Anti-​Aging center. The service is professional and friendly. Heather who does my treatments is courteous, polite, efficient, pleasant and briefly explains the procedure at every visit. I’m interested in a new procedure and I have a consultation coming up with the technician responsible. This procedure has been deemed painful by some clients and is a tad expensive, so before I commit I will get a small trial area done. How great is that???

I’ve had several laser treatments done here, over a span of about 4 months or so. The workers really take the time to answer any questions and tell you exactly what’s going to happen. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely professional and put me right at ease. I’ve also had to reschedule treatments a couple times and there has never been any problem there. The place is clean and soothing, even though it’s in an area of West Haven that’s a little scummy. Would definitely go again!

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months now. I’ve had 5 laser sessions and I’ve never had any problems. They are super nice, flexible and understanding. Heather is amazing!

I bought two Groupons to have 6 treatments on my bikini area. I know other people that go here on a regular basis so I felt comfortable spending the $ 99 for 3 sessions. My first appointment was in May. They went over the process with me as it was my first laser session ever, as well as planning out my next treatments. Unfortunately, when I went back for my second session, I had been in the sun 5 days prior and they did not want to treat me… which was fine as I don’t want any complications. However, I was having surgery the following week and wouldn’t be able to come back for quite some time which was frustrating. My first treatment was in May and they postponed my next until September when I would be healed and out of the sun. The timing would have been better if it wasn’t for the issue back in June.
The office is very neat and clean, they offer tea and water. The staff is nice and easy to deal with. I feel comfortable asking questions.
I’m looking forward to the rest of my treatments as well as the opportunity to have another area treated.

My roommate told me to buy a Groupon for this place a couple of months ago. I had never done laser hair removal and was kind of nervous so I only bought a package of three treatments. I don’t think it hurts, just is uncomfortable. Then again, I am doing my underarms and other areas could be more sensitive. It just goes by so quickly that it really doesn’t matter.
The office has free coffee and treats while you wait. You are in and out in 15 minutes MAX. I have had two different nurses and liked them both. What is not to like?
Since things were going so well, I wanted to buy more treatments. However, I can’t afford the full price and am not new a customer so I can’t buy another Groupon. Luckily, they thought about this an offered a returning customer deal that you can buy in office. I did!

Awesome staff and a beautiful office! All of the staff members are very knowledgable and friendly! I have been coming since last summer and have had nothing but wonderful experiences each and every visit! I highly recommend this establishment!!! My technician Vanessa is great! She is thorough and very professional !!

I went here for a small area laser treatment and Jenna was my technician. The office is really nice, and everyone there was super friendly. They explained everything about the procedure and answered all of my questions. The procedure was pretty quick and it felt like little elastic bands snapping against my skin. I still have a few more treatments left to clear the area (that’s normal) but my first experience was really great.
