This place is very classy! The owner meets everyone like he knows them for so long time. Very warm atmosphere. The service is very nice and friendly. I ordered caprice salad with burrata cheese. This is one of my favorite here. I would recommend it for everyone. Valet parking $ 7

The wine selection was nice, I ordered a ½ bottle of wine which was $ 20. It was very good –I decided on the bucatini with wild mushrooms, black olives and tomato sauce $ 17.50 I didn’t love it and after this I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t like black olives in my pasta lol. –my friend ordered the angel hair picata with shrimp $ 17 it was a lot of pasta, she liked it. –Our server was great! if I come back I think I’ll try the lamb or something more exciting. The pasta was just meeehhh

I love this restaurant. The people are wonderful and the food is amazing!!! I love French food and this is the only French restaurant I go to. The owners George and Alfred are so fun and friendly. This is home away from home.

Fantastic find the other day with a friend if mine. Loved the ambiance, sweet waitress, and delicious food. I got the fettuccine primavera and it was exactly what I needed. Pure comfort food. Plus the complimentary bread, hummus, olive oil, and eggplant spread is a real treat. Would recommend this place to anyone for a casual date or nice evening with a friend. Finding parking is a little tricky, but that’s West Hollywood. I could be mistaken but they might have a parking lot? Will definitely be coming back either way.

We decided on Le Petit Bistro after getting a $ 34 for $ 60 Groupon. We just had a dinner here, food and service are excellent. They are exactly what they advertise for.

This is the perfect place for date. Remember this place is not chip but definitely worth it ! The food is ready delicious with small tables just to give you the feeling of a small cozy perfect restaurant with sexy feeling just like in small Street in Italy.

After shopping at Rag & bone, I got kinda hungry and it was close to dinner time so I Unilocaled. There were lots of places in the area, but I wanted some challenge. Le Petit Bistro(LPB) was one of those places with only 3.5 stars so I went on and read a few reviews. The ratings for LPB is just all over the map from 1 to 5 stars, so why not give it a shot and get to the bottom of all the shananigans! Well folks, LPB is really a better than its a-ok rating. Upon entering the restaurant, the décor does remind me of those cute little french cafes at just about every corner in Paris. The french experience is enhanced with some old classic french music. My expectation was set fairly low so there was nothing unexpected and/or out of ordinary for an American French type of food here. Besides French, the restaurant also accommodates those who would just like some pasta or even fish & chips if you will, which I think it’s great for those who prefer a little non french food. We ordered linguini seafood($ 26), sea bass with steamed veggies($ 28) and house pinot noir($ 12×2. so we felt like mixing red wine instead of white… haha). The linguini was actually good with the pasta just a little bit softer than el dente. In white sauce, it had shrimps, mussels, clams and squid. The sea bass was very fresh that melts in your mouth with just enough spice without any over powering of flavor. The waitress was very attentive. She was very much on top of everything. I believe it’s one of those things that you either click with her or you don’t. Many of the reviews have either love the waitress or not, and I think that has a lot to do with her being a New Yorker. She has a strong personality with a bit of attitude(as all new yorkers have!!), so you just have to understand that it’s a new yorker thing. Over all, it’s not a bad little place as long as you set your expectation right. The food is good and fresh. Our food was specifically made the way we wanted it, so we were happy with it over all. There is valet or meter parking. Though there is nothing wrong with this place and our food was good, somehow this wouldn’t be one of my «go to’s». It just didn’t give me the«wow» factor. This place deserves a 3.8 stars so enough umph to kick it up to 4 stars. Not sure if I should recommend or not. It’s just one of those places that TOI have to take a chance. Have a little adventure… live on the edge and be dangerous like MOI… haha. Ciao… I meant AUREVOIR… LOL

I had a good experience eating at the petit bistro my wife and I ordered as an entrée a onion soup it was really good. Then she ordered a lamb dish very with quinoa and carrots on the side. I ordered a tagliatelle shrimp and it was amazing. We ordered to a chocolate berry fondant cake not a good choice for dessert but if you love the extra chocolate it is ok. The attention was really good. The have a valet parking on the side and you can find parking in the street also.

Such an authentic and delicious French bistro. The server, Sue, couldn’t have been nicer and she helped make my birthday dinner even more special. Hummus and fresh baguette to start was just the beginning of a totally scrumptious meal!

Food is pretty good. Started off with complimentary hummus and olive dips… yummy. Ordered the ribs and chicken. Chicken was super moist and tasty and ribs were even better. We came on a Monday night so parking was not a problem. There is Street parking and a parking lot next door that might be free on Monday nights, I didn’t see any cars there nor an attendant. Will come back again.

Be careful with your check! Scargots were ok, chicken and seafood were good but not great, the crème brûlée is not made fresh but it’s kept in the fridge. The waiter gave us a decent service however he added 25% to the check as tip(we were not a group), I changed it and he changed it again on my voucher. Fortunately I didn’t have alcohol and could tell but if you’re not good with numbers I would be careful.

We really enjoyed our experience at Le Petit Bistro. It was bustling and packed on a Saturday night at 8pm. We were greeted and promptly seated as our table was waiting per our reservation. They had a few people that meandered in without reservations that were waiting to be seated… Our waiter was very attentive as was the owner a very friendly and engaging gentlemen with the gift of gab and a full glass of wine in his hand as he worked the room. The bread which is AMAZING was served with a kind of Ratatouille Tapenade and Hummus not exactly what I expected at a French restaurant but then again at further glance the menu is a bit of a mix with Mediterranean and French influences. We started with the special seared shrimp bathed in a burgundy wine cream sauce reduction with shallots, garlic and tarragon and the amazing bread worked like magic on the leftover sauce… The other starter was the eggplant tart which was more of a miss than a hit at least for us. The texture and flavor was just not working and seemed more pedestrian. The entrée’s were the Sea Bass in a light white wine reduction with fresh veggies and creamy mashed also good. The other was the Osso Bucco served on a bed of fettuccine noodles with a nice red wine ragu reduction with a side of green beans. The Osso Bucco was really good and incredibly tender the green beans not so much nor did they belong on the plate. Dessert was an apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream simple and good but not special especially when we were talked out of getting the chocolate soufflé. The meal was clearly good, the energy and vibe very good as is the service. Clearly a really good option for dinner in WeHo. It’s not a destination or mind numbing but everything about Le Petit Bistro is indeed good and a nice find.

Good value, especially if you have a Groupon. The portion sizes exceeded my expectations for a French restaurant and they have an excellent wine selection. Being located on the main thoroughfare in West Hollywood, we expected parking to be a nightmare but were pleasantly surprised to find street(metered) parking on a side street a block away. Seating is a little tight especially if you sat in one of the tables in the middle of the restaurant which is long and narrow. Try to get a side booth if possible. We went without reservations on a Saturday evening and were seated right away, another pleasant surprise. We had escargot for appetizer and for main courses we had sea bass and lamb shank, both in generous portions and very tasty. The menu has Mediterranean/Middle Eastern dishes which we will have to come back to try. Overall a very good experience at a very well-run restaurant, no hoity-toity pretentiousness you get at some other European style establishments.

No. Unfortunately it appears the place has descended into the depths of inevitability. And that is most saddening given their location and absolutely wonderfully cozy setup. One of the few places where you can actually remember sitting in France is their front patio seating area. Quite liked hanging out there 8+ years ago. The food has just been slowly declining to the point that groupon deals is a legitimate business plan for them now(it is always on offer). There’s nothing i could recommend here. and it is telling that majority of clientele are returning elderly. I love the elderly but their test for good food is only its softness. Such an easy fix as well, just need to hire a chef that cares. Owner needs to step it up.

We came here because of a groupon that my lovely amazing girlfriend had bought. I ordered the salmon(very moist but simple) and she got the boneless short rib(amazingly good). I couldn’t stop eating her entrée it was that good. Our server was Scott. You’ll recognize him right away. Very personable and loud guy. Funny too. The restaurant itself has a pretty. Mature vibe. Met the nicest regulars ever who found it pretty odd for two Asian girls to come in and eat here lmao. Anyways, pretty good and delicious food. The chocolate mousse was to die for. We will definitely be coming back for the short rib! Minus one star because we were not checked up on as much as we should have.

I went to Le Petit Bistro on April 14th, 2015 for dinner with a friend. We took the Blackened Atlantic Salmon, and the Grilled Entrecôte. The meals were decently large and tasted pretty good. The restaurant was half filled when we arrived(It was about 7pm) so there was absolutely no wait to be seated. The service was decently fast and nice. The restaurant is located in the middle of West Hollywood so it can be a good dinner spot if you want to go out afterwards. The restaurant does offer some parking spots, but be ready to look for street parking if there are too many customers already there. It is pretty easy to find street parking in the area though. The bad thing about this place is that the food is pretty pricey so be ready for a pretty expensive dinner. I would definitely recommend this place for a date though if you don’t mind spending a little too much. Overall, my experience with Le Petit Bistro was very positive and I would recommend it. Feel free to message me for any additional details that you may need!

This place has been around for over 20 years, and it was hopping! We arrived shortly after they opened for the evening and by the time we left every table was full. The service was great, our waiter told us his honest opinion of the menu which is refreshing. Nice cozy atmosphere.
