DONOTTAKEYOURLAUNDRYHERE. I dropped off a load of fluff and fold laundry(sheets, towels and bath mats) on a Monday afternoon and was told they would be ready Wednesday. I never received a call, not on Wednesday, not Thursday, not Friday. Was not able to pick up until Monday evening! On top of that there was a giant hole torn in one of the bathmats!(I have washed this mat many times before with no issue). When I called to discuss the problem the woman on the phone told me that they are«not responsible for the things they wash» and that they«don’t look at the things before or after they wash them». I’m sorry, but last I checked, you need your eyes to put things in the machine and if I’m paying you to take care of my items then you are definitely, albeit temporarily, responsible for them. No refund, voucher or even an apology was offered. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Leonard’s picked up from me an expensive comforter and a down comforter, queen size. They were never returned, but in their place I received 3 men’s monogramed shirts!!! The manager Richard was rude to me and said he’s taking no responsibility for facilitation in this matter. He does not except my calls. This is the worst company I have dealt with in LA and have lived here all my life. I will be pursuing this further.

Excellent customer service and impeccable work! I dry clean my pricey designer pieces and the staff will call you and let you know, if your clothes has hole or missing button before they clean it. Very organize and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
