This Walmart has to be the worst. I repeatedly go into this store only to find they are out of what ever is on my list. The workers can never answer a question(if you are lucky and can find one), and there is always more empty shelf space than full. Today it is my pledge to never go in this store again. I can find better quality, better customer service, and equal prices elsewhere. Good bye Jordan Landing Walmart!

I have been taking my vehicles for oil changes for the last ten years at this Wal mart in Jordan Landing. Not any more. Today, I met one of the rudest, most ignorant employees in my life His name is Fernando. He worked on my car I am not sure he even changed the oil. No fluids were topped off. He parked the car in the back, right behind the bay door. Usually, they park it on the side. It was not busy, I was the only customer there at the time. I walked around looking for the car I had to push the alarm on the key to find it No big thing Then, when I started the car I noticed that they did not reset the oil warning. It is a simple procedure, taking a few seconds This kid Fernando was too lazy to walk a few feet more to park the vehicle in the usual parking spots. He was too lazy to reset the oil warning system. I asked him why he parked it behind the back bay door, where it was hidden from view, and why he did not reset the system. He asked«Did you find your car?» I said yes, and he rudely walked away. When he was about 50 feet from me he turned to me and started to smirk with an exaggerated expression. He even blew kisses at me. He is in his early twenties I am retired and on disability. Nice way to treat his elders. I told an assistant manager what had happened. She did not seem too concerned with what happened. A Polynesian worker then threatened me and yelled at me to leave. Well it is Wal Mart. You get what he get at Wal Mart. One can never expect excellence or decent courtesy to Wal Mart. Time to take my business elsewhere.

My credit card was charged for my groceries and also for the groceries of the person behind me. The cashier did not close out the transaction after I was done. This is an understandable mistake, but my real complaint is in how the customer service department, including 2 different assistant managers, and the person on the phone at the home office handled my problem. They did not simply void or reverse the transaction and then charge me for my groceries; they issued a refund, which takes 7 – 10 business days to post to my bank(they initially told me it would post immediately). A couple of the people helping me were nice, and a few were rude. Imagine a world where each time we use our credit cards, they can be charged 3 times the amount of our purchase and we will have to spend 2 hours of our time trying to get it corrected and have the money be out of our account for 1 – 2 weeks. This is unacceptable and Walmart needs to treat their customers better.

Even though I know WalMart has pretty much anything I need at any given time I still find myself only coming here as a last resort. The time and money I save isn’t worth the psychiatric visits I’ll need to treat my depression symptoms that I acquired from my trips to WalMart. Everything they sell is such BS, and they’re employees suck any optimism I have in my soul, out of my body and feeds it to the ghost of Sam Walton.

Basically, it’s Walmart. Nothing too exciting. I’ve never had trouble with any employees there. They turn off the self checkout at about 9 pm. Then the lines are pretty long cause they don’t open enough registers.

For a Walmart, this place is golden. Always clean, friendly staff, and good customer service. They check IDs for credit cards, and I love that. Nobody does that anymore. Love this Walmart!

It’s a 24 hour Walmart. Doesn’t get much better than that. I pretty much can do all my grocery shopping/errand shopping in one stop here. So I really can’t complain.

In the bastion of American consumerism that the Jordan Landing area has turned into near my parents home, I decided to go to big box store number one and into the Wal-Mart to pick up a few things that I knew were cheaper there than my local drugstore back in California. I felt guilty the whole time I was in there, but getting my Neutrogena face lotion nearly $ 3 cheaper was incentive enough. It’s a Wal-Mart, so there’s nothing really much to it. It has a tortilla bakery which is kinda neat, and makes some pretty good, fresh tortillas.
