I can’t begin to explain how happy we were with your technician, Trevor! We just moved to Lake Oswego and have had a couple issue with our Heater. We had another company out and without looking it over to closely recommended a new Heater for about $ 5000. Trevor came out and went over everything with a fine tooth comb and turned out the problem was rain water in a pipe that was preventing it from starting up. This was a very unique problem and resolve for about $ 275. Trevor’s goal was to fix it as efficiently as possible while the other company only wanted to sell me a new system without putting the effort to fix correctly. I will only use 72 Degrees in the future.

Was very pleased with their service! Had them install a new AC unit at my home this past summer. Steve, the owner, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions as well as oversee the work being done. I had two other bids and I did not feel they had the level of knowledge and experience that Steve had. In fact, 72 Degrees was on par with the other bids, but was actually willing to work with me and match the price I wanted to pay. The technicians were very hard working, courteous and responsible. They stayed until the entire job was completed. I felt very confident in their knowledge and expertise compared to others, and I would definitely recommend them.

I called 72 degrees with a furnace problem and they were incredibly responsive. The person I dealt with in the office was pleasant and professional. They gave me a one hour window of time to show up which is unheard of in the days of Comcast’s four hour windows. The person they sent was great. Professional, knowledgeable and just a good guy. Fixed the problem and was on his way.

72 Degrees are total professionals. When we needed a new furnace, we caused them a lot of trouble through various back-and-forths, indecisions and misinformation caused mostly by what turned out to be an erroneous bad review here on Unilocal – that reviewer has since deleted his review as 72 exonerated themselves from that rant that was caused by a hilariously shoddy second opinion – ask 72, it’s quite amusing – but 72 came through with flying colors. The whole crew, from the boss who came out to reassure us along with his chief engineer, to the person on the phone who took our cancelations and delays, were always professional, always accommodating, always friendly and always polite. When we saw the light and did get them in, they worked late and stuck to their quote despite the job turning out to be much trickier, time-consuming and parts-demanding than expected. They kept the house clean, they were good with our kids and dog(and me) getting in the way all the time, and all this after we gave them the run-around at the start. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks, 72.
