We really love Cascade Summit Apartments! We’ve lived here for a little over a year. The complex is really quiet and clean, nice shopping area and park within walking distance, the staff is really friendly and helpful. One previous reviewer mentioned paper thin walls but I never hear my neighbors. My only complaints would be about the Valet waste service company they’ve hired — they don’t allow you to leave your garbage can out during the day and are pretty strict about it. I’ve received a couple unpleasant notes threatening to fine us $ 25 if we leave our garbage can out again. I didn’t appreciate that at all. After all, I’m a paying customer and would like a little more respect. Perhaps they could draft a note that’s a little friendlier «please remember to put away your garbage can in the morning.»

I enjoy it here. Pool, hot tub, gym, animal friendly. and plenty of jogging trails. Chris and Lisa are very nice and helpful.
Cons; Very thin walls, and The raising of rent.
