This place is epic! Extremely clean facility, friendly service and the best equipment. Definitely recommend!

3 months ago I was preparing for my one year wedding anniversary by using the tanning beds at this location. Great beds, don’t get me wrong but horrible customer service. While tanning in one of the beds 1 week before my anniversary, my wedding ring slipped off my finger & hit the ground. The sound of it hitting the ground made me feel comfortable knowing after my remaining 3 minutes Id get out & put it back on.
Sadly, when I got out of the bed my wedding ring had completely vanished. There is a large space in between the floor & the walls/​door in the rooms (for ventilation I presume) it came to be known that my ring had rolled straight into the hallway where someone picked it up & stole it. All in a matter of 5 minutes.
Now, I understand completely that these things happen & are not in the spas control. But what I am writing this review on is how the spa owners handled the situation. Yes they came in & tore the bed apart to rule out it falling into some weird space… but during that process they were essentially making me feel like I was lying…
I did a police report & the detective requested to see the logs of who was in the spa during my 15 minute visit. The spa owner was NOT cooperative in doing so even though there was only 3 people that it could’ve potentially been.
It has now been 3 months & I haven’t even received an email or phone call apologizing for the incident. There are many ways to handle this kind of situation & this place treated something so valuable to me. As a joke. I realize that this is partially my fault, but professionalism is very important for a strong business & this tanning salon is very much lacking in that. I do not recommend tanning at this facility.
