I used to get lunch and sometimes dinner from this location at least 3 times a week but I recently stopped due to the new & extremely rude girl behind the counter. I don’t know what happened to the sweetheart that used to be there but I hope they get rid of this new girl sooner than later (extremely RUDE African American heavy set girl). At first I thought maybe she had a bad day but after going in a few more times, I saw that this attitude was consistent. She got my order wrong and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me, after I had to drive all the way back due to her mistake. After the third time dealing with this, I’ll never go back. Who wants to hand their hard earned money over to someone with a nasty attitude! No thanks! Gave 3 stars only because the food is always awesome. Just go to the north lake location for better/​more friendly service.

Wonderful experience. My daughter insisted that the only thing she wanted for her wedding dinner was CR Chicks. I ordered for 120 people, it was delicious and delivered hot. Very pleased with the portion side also. They were very helpful. Thanks, CR Chicks on Village Blvd.

In a world where Rotisserie Chicken options are abundant, chick’s holds its own. For the most part you have to have discerning taste buds to tell one Rotisserie from another, it more comes down to sides, service, value etc… probably for chicken alone Publix is your best option, but for a full meal chick’s wins. The family meal is one of the best deals in town. I agree with others the service is excellent. I will give 4 stars for the complete experience. I would give 3 if I was just talking the taste of the chicken, though dont get me wrong it is a good bird. I see where people say they get offered a cookie. I have never been offered a ccookie. Now I must spend some time thinking about this. Is it me? Is there something wrong with me? Was I not nice? Was she not nice? Why no cookie?

Phenomenal food, phenomenal service. This place really knows how to run their business. They have a hometown feel and will make first timers feel like regulars. I recommend the chicken salad sandwich.

I’m gluten free so visited this place after discovering they have a gluten free menu. I thought it would just be one of those very average chicken places with unimaginative sides. I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!!
The chicken and the sides were all exceptional. We had parsley carrots, coleslaw and cucumber salad. Whether you have a gluten allergy or not, you can’t go wrong with this place. Totally awesome and great value for money with exceptional counter service too.

I’ve been a regular at CR Chicks for years. I don’t normally frequent this location and they have a very nice staff and the food was just as good as usual. My daughter particularly enjoyed the Halloween decorations.

I, too, L-​O-​V-​E C.R. Chicks! On a business trip, looking for something to eat, being a bit finicky while wanting to avoid the normal crap from restaurants. I checked my trusted Unilocal app and came across C.R. Chicks and saw they had rotisserie chicken ad the prices were reasonable. I visited the store and saw they had a robust takeout business. I ordered the smoked chicken with penne pasta. It was right up my alley and exactly what I needed for a great meal. I returned the next night and had ¼ chicken with fresh fruit and brown rice & beans. The food was cooked to perfection and everything was delightful. I SO wish there was a C.R. Chicks in the North Charlotte area. This is the type of place where you know you’re going to enjoy your food, no matter what you select. We need more of them in our neighborhoods. I am so thankful for Unilocal and C.R. Chicks!

I went there yesterday because I couldn’t find Panera. Well their loss was my gain. I had a salad which was very good. I would have given 5 stars but as I sat and watched the staff drinking from a cup (which was correct) you can’t do that and pack someone’s food… Employee Practices… we are watching…

Love this place! I have been eating here since I was a kid and it never changes. The food is always so great, and the best comfort food.
I would recommend anything on the menu, the smashers (potatoes) are to die for. I also love the meatloaf.
You can never go wrong here, and it is so cheap.

I’ve had C.R. Chicks at another location before so I was familiar with the menu but it being a few years ago, I had forgotten how delicious, affordable and satisfying the experience is!
I walked in for lunch to go on a weekday and it was shortly before noon, not too busy but clearly picking up as the minutes tick by.
I ordered the chicken thighs with cucumber and mashed potatoes! The chicken was super moist and so flavorful. You know how sometimes after eating chicken you feel weighed down and just not here for the rest of the afternoon activities? You don’t get that with C.R. Chicks, you get a delicious and filling lunch that is under $ 6 in most cases.
Definitely worth the visit over!

Ok so we ate here about 2yrs ago and it was nothing special so we never went back… until 4/30/2015…wow what a surprise… chicken was great a little smokey for my taste but was fresh. .moist and they cut it perfectly… the mashed potatoes were Killa… and I’m not a big potato fan but these were a different story… so to say the least we were pleasantly surprised… glad we gave it another shot …

If you want a good solid take-​out place for chicken this is it. While they have a few other options (gazpacho) is one I love, chicken is the star. My son loves the pasta in cream sauce with chicken. The sides are good and overall the quality and price are right on point. While you can eat in, I think this is a better take out spot. Lunch in side is fine but not really a sit in dinner spot.

When you open the door and catch wind of the rotisserie chicken you will know you are home. It’s small so it makes for a great take home place but my family of three is comfortable here, and service was very fast.
The Smokey is a chicken penne pasta that is incomparable. The smoke flavor is strong and I could eat it for days.
Horseradish smashers are a nice break from garlic mashed potatoes with a very subtle flavor, not spicy.
The green beans are tasty and softened but not soggy.
