Fresh Element

What a great place for dinner! This is not a chain place. It is in a shopping center with several other restaurants. It is a small place and they do mostly take out, however they do have some tables inside to sit and eat. If you have time I would recommend eating there.
The owner, Linda, was fabulous. She talked with us in between customers coming in for take out. She made sure we were happy with our food and just had a great conversation with her overall.
It is simple to order. You order your rice then your meat. Really simply. I ordered the white rice with teriyaki chicken and veggies. My husband ordered the fried rice with shrimp and then we did two appetizers– shrimp tempura rolls and fried cheese wontons and the wonton soup — and two teas. Cost under $ 45.
All of it was yummy. Just as the name says its fresh. You could taste the difference in the quality of the food. It was not salty but had a ton of flavor. Of course we couldn’t finish it all so had it for lunch the next day — and yep, it was still great!
I would highly recommend this place and we will be back. We don’t live in the area but it is close enough for when we are around it — even if we just stop in for the appetizers.

This place was amazing! I highly recommend General Tso chicken or the ramen bowls! The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

I absolutely love this place! It is healthy and delicious. You can tell the difference from normal Thai restaurants. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend the tofu fried rice and Thai iced tea.

3^rd time ordering — Safe to say we’re hooked. Definitely need to check it out if you haven’t already.

Chicken Bento box kung po #4, Spring rolls & Miami Heat roll. Said 30 min and showed up in about 20 – 25. Food was awesome… very fresh… as Always! Ive never been disappointed here and even the driver has been very friendly every time. I highly recommend over all local chinese food or Asian fusion places that deliver. Its always healthy, fresh… and very good!

I live less than a mile from this place and never visited, because of the inconvenient parking Don’t let the parking stop you! This place is awesome! We have veggie sushi and veggie dumplings steamed… YUMMO! We will definitely be back! Owner was also very nice and made sure that I had my food within 15 minutes.

Good for pick up not so much for delivery. My food was cold there was no chopsticks or plastic ware and no sauces.
Udon noodle broth was not so great either I have had so much better

Wonderful place for Ramen and Wontons! The place is very modern and the food tastes authentic! I came in from Miami with a huge craving for ramen and this place delivered exceptionally. The guy at the cash rep was very nice and helpful since it was my first time. He also applied the 15% off coupon to my order. Overall it was great service and great food. I will definitely recommend them!

This is my first time trying Fresh Element and I’m very please. I ordered California Rolls and The shrimp bento box with brown rice and red curry with one star. I’m so happy I found this place, I will be a retuning customer. They also deliver!

I’ve passed by this place so many times while running errands and I am SO mad at myself for not coming sooner! This is definitely our new take out/​eat out joint!
You have three options: Take out, Delivery, or eat in. There’s seating inside and outside, and both are VERY nice! Especially with the cooler weather coming in.
We came in originally because of the other awesome reviews and saw they had ramen! Instant decision to come in! I haven’t been to a good ramen place in a lonnng time and if you’re craving for it, GO HERE!
Immediately we were greeted by the friendliest cashier and the owner herself! They both helped us choose what we want (even though I immediately knew what I was going to get). One thing that I really took from this place, besides the delicious food, was how much the employees and the owner care for their restaurant. It is super clear that they all love and are passionate for what they do.
The boyfriend and I both had the shrimp ramen with miso broth. After the first spoonful I was sold. The flavors were incredibly on point and it had all of the best aspects of what ramen should be, from the hard boiled eggs to the krab chunks. The noodles were also perfectly cooked, it was as if the chef himself knew exactly what I wanted.
We also ordered the pineapple fried rice with fried tofu. We were surprised to see it had curry in it (my boyfriend was super excited because he loves curry, i was a little nervous because i… really don’t like curry) BUT it was an extremely pleasant surprise! The mix of curry, pineapples, tofu, cashews etc… was actually an incredible flavor that I’ve fallen in love with myself! I never thought I would like curry, but I’m mad I didn’t get to eat more! The boyfriend ate the entire plate and left me a couple of of spoonfuls… something we will have to get again next week. (PS. You can get the fried rice WITHOUT curry if you choose!)
We took a menu to bring home because they also deliver (YES!!) and I was just so surprised at everything they offered. They offer literally some of my favorite things from every Asian culture… summer rolls, krab wontons, ramen, udon noodles, thai dishes, fried rices dishes, sushi, bento boxes… it truly is a fusion of so many different types of foods and flavors! We are way too excited to try more next week.
Their desserts are also awesome. I tried their home made red bean ice cream and it was SOOO GOOD. Not too sweet but just sweet enough! Cannot wait to try their green tea ice cream and thai donuts (yum!!!)!
Overall, PLEASE support your local business and COME here! This place is way too good to only have 14 reviews. They offer delivery, eat in, and take out!

I have tried many of the dishes and have been pleasantly delighted with the variety. While shrimp pad Thai is my favorite, I also enjoy shrimp cellophane, house fried rice, pan fried vegetable dumplings, and pumpkin croquette. My favorite sushi rolls are Mafia and Red Dragon. Don’t forget about the Miami Heat roll if you like a little spice. Tuna Tatatki is awesome if you love tuna the way I do. You gotta give this place a try!

Had the ramen with smoked pork and tried a few different meals. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

I love their chicken pad thai. Definitely the best I’ve had in a great while. The whole menu was worth trying.

Very good food. Modern and delicious. My favorite roll is the mafia roll. Also you need to try the smoked pork ramen noodle.

I remember this place when it first opened. They changed the menu and they are under new management now. To me, it’s a better menu and better prices. I recently bought an appetizer called Gyaco or something like that, when u see it you’ll know. They are like dumplings and they come with this delicious sauce. If you have come here when they first opened and u didn’t like it, I suggest giving it another shot.

This place is amazing! I’m a picky eater and thought that considering the prices, food was not going to be that good and what a pleasant surprise I had! Clean, bright little place, quality of food was excellent! I had a Shrimp Pad Thai and it was amazing! (I’d say even better that in nice restaurants!) My husband tried the Fried Rice (with brown rice for an extra dollar) with chicken and it he loved it! I highly recommend this place

Outstanding! Tried Fresh Element on a Tuesday for take out. Had the Ramen with Smoked Pork with the traditional broth, Summer Rolls, and Glass Noodles with Beef. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, balanced and layered. The smoked pork was amazing and the beef was tender. All the vegetables were fresh and cooked slightly al dente with a slight crunch. The portions were very generous. An amazing find. We will definitely be back!

Ate there and it was amazing! I had the smoked pork ramen and let me tell you I have not had better! We also ordered the fried rice, chicken wonton soup, shrimp ramen, and the pan fried dumplings. It was all delicious. The place was clean and very inviting. The staff was nice and made us feel like family eating there. They just opened up and wanted our input of the food. This won’t be our only visit!

Would have never known about this place if I haven’t drove around the whole plaza, kinda hidden and tucked in next to Duffy’s. First off I loved the bright colors of the décor very inviting.
We Ordered red dragon roll, dragon roll, summer rolls, and Chicken pad Thai to go. Everything was well packaged separating hot from cold dishes and the food was well presented just as it would dine-​in.
Sushi was very fresh and flavorful but the downside was the rice, a bit dry for my liking
Pad Thai was okay, overall just need more flavor but the noodles were cooked to a perfection and a huge portion for the price.
It was a good first experience would definitely go back and try more dishes especially the tonkotsu ramen. Until next time :)

Great addition to our neighborhood. .being that they are brand new i won’t be hard… everyone needs time to work out the kinks. for takeout the presentation was really nice .you can tell they put some love into it .I have a feeling they will only get better as time goes on …
