Quite disappointing. Worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. I liked the Mongolian beef in the past but yesterday it was dry, hard and over-sauced. I don’t see myself ever going back

I don’t even know where to begin… if I could give ZERO stars, I would. Food is so so, depends who’s working I guess. I’ve been to other Pei Wei’s and everything is amazing. This location, not so much. Also what possesses someone to be in the kitchen cooking without restraining their hair? Some wear hats, others don’t. I don’t care if you’re a manager or not… SETANEXAMPLE. We, as the paying customer, prefer NOT to have hair in our food. On a side note, for gods sake, if you need to scratch your head or face — please take your gloves off to do so and then wash your hands!!! Oh no, not here. The guy in the picture with the ear plugs and long hair scratched the side of his head/face WITH his gloves on and never took them off. How disgusting??? Makes me wonder what else they do… Never coming back!!!

Awesome fast food. All orders are made fresh and to your liking. My kids get the spicy chicken(mild) while I get it regular. They can also make it gluten free. I enjoy eating here whenever I’m in town.

I really wanted to give this place a shot as I really like PF Changs. But I have to say I was disappointed. Twice. I even gave it 2 chances. Both times the steak was burnt. Like rubber burnt, and without any flavor except burnt. The first time, the portion size was Really small for as expensive as it was… but I even have them another chance. And while the portion size was better, I couldn’t even stomach the bigger portion. The staff was very friendly, and the food was perfectly on time from my online order. I’ll stick to the parent company.

For a «fast food» restaurant the service was amazing. I got the Kung pow chicken which was amazing but I personally dislike snap peas so I substituted them for broccoli paired with noodles. Quantity was sufficient for what you payed for and quality of the ingredients used was fresh and flavorful! Food didn’t take long and had a spacious dine in area. If you have spicy taste buds definitely try the chili paste with your entrée! Newly added to there menu is sushi! Not a large variety but I got the Teriyaki Crunch Roll which was excellent! Fully cooked sushi with a teriyaki glaze on top, it had the perfect balance!

The food sucks. Go to a real Asian restaurant. I went here for convenience, won’t go back. Food was bland… Worst lo mein I have ever had. 1 star because I can’t put zero.

I’ve been to many Pei-Wei’s before — both in Colorado and Florida but this location isn’t worth the time. My first visit here was a month ago — I wanted to try the pork egg roll and Caramel chicken. The chicken was OK but the portion was small and the egg roll had a foul smell so I exchanged it for a vegetable spring roll. I usually like Pei-Wei and wanted to try the West Palm site again so I ordered the Thai Dynamite chicken but once again their«regular» portion was tiny with very little chicken and drowning in too much sauce. Maybe the staff is new and is learning to cook but this location’s food doesn’t compare to the other Pei-Wei locations– not even close. Never going back.

My first experience at PeiWei in WPB is a good one. Located next to a Starbucks, where I intended to go, decided on an early 4:30pm dinner. Ordered a cup of Thai Wonton soup & Chicken Caramel/Ginger with brown rice. Entrée has 2 sizes, had the small, which was the right size with soup. Simply water to drink. Usually drink water on a first visit to a restaurant. Want to taste the food. For a fast food restaurant, very good. Deserving of a second visit. Now… to Starbucks.

Like P.F. Chang’s? Well, you will also like Pei Wei then. Pei Wei is basically P.F. Chang’s little brother but for fast food/takeout or in-door dinning. I mostly eat the ‘Mongolian Steak or Chicken with Fried Rice’ from here and it taste so good. Its one of those restaurants that you want to keep coming to maybe once every week or even once a month.

Love the lettuce wraps, they give you a good serving size good to share or as a meal! I will be returning for more.

The food is always good. The menu is the perfect size. Tends to take quite awhile for all of your order to come, it comes out plate by plate. Overall is a perfect price for fresh delicious food.

Horrible service!!! I waited over 30 minutes for my meal when I brought it to their attention they could not find my receipt they didn’t know what I ordered. Another customer that came in right behind me was giving her food but her children were not given food and they also waited over 30 minutes for their food and the restaurant didn’t know what they ordered. This was my first and last time visiting this location.

Favorites are Kung Pao Shrimp(no nuts or carrots) and Mongolian Beef. Friendly staff, was better when it had just opened(probably more trainers there) but it is still good and is basically PF Changs on a budget.

Seriously understaffed for a lunch rush. One person at register handling both in-person orders and the online orders put in ahead of time! Arrived 5 min after my quoted time for pick up, then had to wait an extra 10 min. The place overall is clean, the food is decently above par, but the service just. can’t. even.

I love Pei Wei! Love it! However this pei wei is the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve been here about 6 times now and only once has resembled a proper Pei Wei. They tend to be under staffed when it comes to ordering and to go orders. This location. Gets super busy they need to staff properly. The food comes out at different times. Looking around tables they have people sitting waiting for their food for up to 10 – 15 minutes while their partner is eating. My favorite dish is pei wei spicy chicken. They can never get this dish right. Once it was undercooked. The problem is they have no quality control or consistency at this location. Tonight the food was at a all time low. Soupy dish of off flavored sour pei weis spicy chicken. I was soo happy they finally opened one up closer to me. Unfortunately I’m giving up on this location and won’t be back for awhile.

Better than other pei Wei on the extended area. This location is new. Good was tasty. A bit upset that I waited ten minutes to use bathroom. I finally knocked and it was an employee inside. She came out and the sink was flooded with water dripping down onto floor. Food was good, soup came out quickly but food took a bit to come out as they bring one item at a time. Staff was very busy during lunch but very nice. Do the survey and get a free cookie.

I have been wanting to try for some time. I have heard so much about it. I went in and really liked the clean look and nice menu. I was however disappointed in the food. I have been back a few times and the food is just ok. There is nothing bad but it is nothing to say oh that is a place to try. The hot food is very salty and lacks any real taste. It is truly a fast food Asian joint. The only issue is its not fast. I guess if you have to make food for middle America you have to limit the spicy food to, well not spicy. The sushi rolls were the best part of the menu but again it would be what you expect from«McSushi». Ok in a pinch but you wouldn’t come away hoping to go back.

A good spot when you’re in a pinch for time(or funds) and want a good, stick to your ribs kind of feeling. I generally go with the shrimp prepared in Thai Dynamite sauce, and brown rice, or steak Teriyaki-style with noodles. If I’m especially hungry, I’ll start with an eight-pack of their sushi rolls — they’ll always come out from the kitchen first anyway. The three of us can usually be in and out of here in about 15 – 20 minutes for around $ 40, and then back on schedule for whatever we were rushing to in the first place. Friday nights seem pretty quiet, so again, it makes for a fast getaway.

I’ve had pei Wei in cherry hill New Jersey where I’m from and I was happy to see it here so very close. Unfortunately, In my opinion this one is sub par to my expectations. Perhaps it’s newly opened and the cooks don’t know what they’re doing, I’ll give it another try in about 4 months. Sushi was bad, like I don’t know if the ingredients are bad or how you mess it up but old publix sushi tastes better. Dan Dan noodles were stale, felt like they made the noodles and let them sit till they received my order and they dropped sauce on top to «freshen» them up and added my protein. My recommendation is wait a little bit perhaps they just need to warm up, cooking is an art you learn not just do. BJs next door is amazing though, everything is great over there and they always have amazing deals.

So happy to have Pei Wei near work, love their entrees and pork egg rolls. This definitely add some variety to the Palm Beach Lakes area.
