Chili’s Grill & Bar

Sat at the bar, drinks were good, salads were good, we ordered chips but never received it, ordered a dessert (cinnamon buns) but they came back after a while to state they did not have them anymore. All in all we were a tad disappointed with the whole experience.

Well its a chain reetaurant with a giid low shelf drink special menu. But man has the presentatiin and ther quality of the food gone down. I remember when it was good. The bartender a Brit was nice!

I think I have gotten lucky at this chilis. Every time I come, I sit at the bar. The bartender remembers my friends and I by name even though we only come here once every month. She even remembers the food we like to order and the beer we like to drink. Very impressive for a bartender at such a busy location in such a busy city.
I have gotten the Cajun chicken pasta and a variety of burgers. The pasta is either hit or miss but they do an excellent job with all of their burgers. I suggest you order your burger well done or medium well, because even ordering mine medium it was still mooing a little bit.
The beers are always 2 for 1… but they give you very small glasses so it feels like 2 for 1 but it is pretty much the same size as one regular beer.
If you can, based on others reviews and my own, come here with friends and eat at the bar. Best place for faster service and a more community type feeling.

Even giving this location one star seems a bit outreached, but was purely due to the drinks being «somewhat» feasible. But otherwise, we have tried and tried a handful of times to give this location a chance, but there is absolutely no winning here. If you’re seated within a timely manner, your waitress is a complete mess, impatient, clueless, and the entire experience is smashed to nothing by how horrible the overall customer service lives up to what it «should be». I have no intentions of going out for dinner to spend most of the time chasing down a waitress to give me what I’m paying for.
The first and only time that our dining party had an «okay» dining experience we waited an hour to be seated and the waiter was spectacular, but the food was prepared horribly. This location should only be considered if you’re looking for drinks that are still very below what you’re expecting.

Our server was awful. He was very inpatient with the group I am with. The waiter attitude towards us was as if he didn’t want to serve us; and then we called the manager over. The manager acted like he didn’t give a shit either. I have never had such poor service. And this was a not so busy night, I truly don’t understand what’s up with the manager and servers attitudes tonight.

Now that I read the reviews I see that my experience was typical. It is Chili’s, you get what you expect. The food is palatable, the drinks, you know the drill. It is the same from Presque Isle to San Diego & beyond.
The issue was service, or lack thereof. We waited over 25 mins for drinks, when they came, they were wrong. Our food took over an hour, not the kitchen’s fault. I had to twice get up & find our server to ask for things, IE another Beer, When I spoke to the MOD (Mgr on duty) he was indifferent & ambivalent.
They have completion, they are not even the only Chili’s in WPB, go elsewhere

We came in with a party of 10 and the hostess quoted us a wait time of 30 – 40 minutes. We ordered drinks and two appetizers from the bar while we waited patiently. The hostess came over 3 different times to tell us our table was ready (we kept checking after the 40 minute mark) but it wasn’t so we continued waiting for almost 2 hours!!! We only received one appetizer by the time we finally sat down. The manager came by and offered us «free» chips and dip which we had already paid for at the bar and were still waiting on. They took our drink and food orders at the same time because we had already been waiting so long. The drinks came out a couple at a time every few minutes… That should have been an indication of how the service was going to be overall. When the food finally starting coming out it was 4 quesadillas…10 minutes later 2 «sizzling» fajitas only the entrée none of the sides that are used in creating an actual fajita… another 10 minutes later the last entrée a SALAD and then another 5 – 10 minutes the sides for the fajitas which by that time the actual fajita was no longer sizzling!!! The service was horrible and the food even worse!!! We honestly didn’t even eat most of it!!! We were told there’s a new cook but seriously how do you mess up chicken??? It was bland and pasty… Our waiter tried his best but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant!!! We will not be going back there again!!!

Once again horrible service for to –go orders took for ever to have someone help you at the counter. Then when u do get your order its missing an item or wrong! Ugh!

The hostesses were too busy having a conversation for about 20 minutes before serving me. After they were done with their story they had the audicity to ask me if I was waiting for something. Even though it was common sense that I was here to have a meal. The waitress on the other hand was very pleasant and highly observant.

Dirty restaurant, slow service and overpriced for the low quality of food. Boneless wing appetizer with a total of maybe 5 small pieces that were lukewarm and hard was almost $ 10!
Would not recommend. Other locations are definitely more worth going to

There is a lot to choose from on the menu and several choices looked good. Unfortunately I was looking for something spicy and regretted picking the fajitas. The chicken was watery, not enough tortillas, lettuce, guacamole or cheese and definitely not spicy at all — very disappointed. Still giving 3 stars though as the service was good and the rest of the menu didn’t look that bad from the dishes I saw being served to others.

Having takeouts with my Mom is so nice. We don’t have to cook and it can be enjoyed in the comfort of home. A sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes and bacon ranch chicken quesadillas with an addition of mozzarella sticks for $ 20 wasn’t too shabby.

Seriously this place is like the definition of hit or miss with a batting average of ¼ good thing there cheap. At least i feel like i’m getting what i pay for. which honestly isn’t much

I’m reviewing this location simply because of the incredible service I received today — all the way up until I had to wait over ten minutes to get my check. Our waitress was friendly, provided appropriate ordering suggestions, expediant in getting us immediate drinks, appetizers and our meal. Then made sure we were good with to-​go boxes. Ensured we had everything we needed (until it came to the check).
We went during peak dinner time and were told it would be a five minute wait for a table, so we opted for a table in the bar are which ended up being WAY TO NOISY to enjoy a meal or share a conversation. We at least got our food quickly and accurately with a smile.
We did their $ 20 meal for two special plus drinks. The special is a pretty good deal and gets you a lot of food.
The food was average for chili’s — pretty solid. Thanks Chili’s for another great meal :)

Wow. My oh my. I’ve been postponing my Unilocal reviews. Ok here it goes. I came to this Chili’s for the first time a few months back. Throughout the year, I find myself in the West Palm Beach area around 2 – 3 times and I’ve always seen this Chili’s but have never gone. It was around 5pm when we first got there. The ambience was nice; not too quite but it wasn’t rowdy either. Great experience. Super sweet waiter (Greg was his name; not sure if he still works there). Will come again next time I’m in town.

Server was pretty attentive.
After a sour experience over yonder at a competing casual dining spot, my party and I verntured over to Chili’s.
While the 2 for $ 20 is not as enticing as other casual dining places, I was pleased.
Ordered the 2 for $ 20 with my old roomie: I had the Honey Chipotle Crispers with fries and she had the cajun chicken penne… we shared a half order of Texas Cheese Fries.
My food was alright… not great, not bad. My drink was an issue. Ordered the mango iced tea and it was sooooo sweet… and you can barely taste the mango in it :(no es bueno.
Price isn’t bad and service is decent.
