The food is fresh best southern breakfast in the palm beach area. Also great baked goods. Well worth the wait.

Good breakfast option in the up and coming Northwood Village. Food is good but be ready to wait a while for your food. The butter bread breads they use for their breakfast sandwiches are delicious! Think of a buttery brioche, just perfection. Their bacon and spinach soufflé was worth the every second of the wait. The texture of the crust was on point, not too dry, flaky enough at the top. Hope to go back and try some pastries next time.

Unfortunately, most of what we wanted from the menu was not available but we ended up with Salmon, crab cakes, and curry chicken. They were all excellent and even the sides(salad, rice, broccoli) were delicious. It’s a very small space and the temperature inside was a little warm for my liking so you might want to consider take out.

I went back for crab cakes, and all the fuss I had heard is true– they are the best crab cakes I’ve ever had. Tania is truly talented.

I bought a $ 25 coupon for $ 4 on Amerinet. Took my 3 friends there on a trip from Houston. I was disappointed in the area, but not in the food. This is in an older part of town that appears to be in a revival mode. Maybe two blocks of small shops, some closed, and eateries. It took us forever to get 4 orders for breakfast; 3 of us were finished eating when the 4th entrée came out of the kitchen. Had the service been better, I would have given this 4 stars, but 2 hours for a ‘quick’ breakfast is far too long.

Breakfast on a Friday, our last day of vacation — found via Unilocal. Not crowded at all, but a slow steady stream of pastry shoppers as we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. Wife’s French Toast was solid, not fancy, just plain good. A hint of citrus(in the batter?) and good texture. Stars of the show were the Shrimp and Grits and the homemade biscuit. S&G are not for those leery of butter or garlic, super creamy grits with well spiced and perfectly cooked shrimp, beautiful colorful thin red and orange pepper shavings give just a touch of spice. Flat out best Buttermilk Biscuit I’ve ever had, practically floated off the plate. Other pastries were also solid. We tried the Bluebell, a peach pastry, and a small banana bread. Coffee was basic but good(there is also a full blown coffee shop next door)

The BEST crab cake I’ve ever had – and that’s coming from a crab cake expert taster. You can taste the love and care they put into making it.

First breakfast here was splendid: sausage and grits with sautéed onions and the best biscuit I’ve ever been served. I’ll be back to work through the rest of the menu. Incredibly gracious owners, and a lively crowd who clearly feels at hime. A community anchor; well worth your patronage. EDIT: 4 more visits have only deepened my appreciation(verging on awe). Everything I’ve ordered — corned beef hash, crab cake, baked goods — is world-class. I do not exaggerate. Still stunned at my, and this neighborhood’s, good fortune.

Brownies were awesome! Solid chocolate flavor with a chewy center(I’m a middle brownie person, so the edge lovers can comment on those). Crazy friendly staff and cute shop.

Food is great during breakfast lunch and dinner. The only location and people who have been able to get me to eat brussels sprouts. The baked goods are great & the homemade bread is too but the salmon dinners are amazing as are the crab cakes.

If you meet the pastry chef-marry her! Delicious macaroons and blueberry cinnamon crunch fruit bars. Excellent variety and selection. All breads and rolls are fresh baked and not from frozen dough. Enjoyed a wonderful egg and cheese on an onion roll – not microwaved, which was very tasty. Joe and Joe do a great job to make sure you get what you want, how you want it.

Jamaican blue coffee and hot chocolate(not on the menu) were great. Owners were personable. This is a great locals hangout!

This place is a hidden gem! Since finding it, I go a few times a week. Whether its for a little sweet snack, a delicous handcarved deli sandwhuch on fresh bread or a fancy dinner with live music. This is my favorite place ever and I definetly recommend. The people are very nice also which is a plus. :)

This is place is fantastic! Tania and«joe» run this quaint café. Everything is handmade — right down to the rye bread you order your sandwich on. The crab cakes are simply amazing. It’s about 99% crab, 1% cake. Coconut rice is tasty as well. And the desserts … oh lord … just dive right in. You can’t go wrong. I recommend starting with the Dream Bar. Also — they are very vegetarian/vegan friendly. They often have special buffets for holidays that are friendly to those palates. I could care less — I love MEAT — — but have plenty of friends who don’t. And there’s not too many places that serve amazing, home-cooked meals that cater to both. Do you want to know what the best part of all the food they serve … the number one ingredient??? It’s love. Plain and simple. You can tell they love what they do and we are the lucky ones. Run, don’t walk, to Crème de la Crème. Then grab some coffee next door at the hip coffee shop :)
