Jimmy John’s

I just went to the JImmy John’s at 7750 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, FL. I ordered The Vito. I asked for vinegar only, they don’t have it. It’s all pre-​mixed. No problem. I asked for extra on the side; they said, «No, we don’t have cups to put anything extra in.» No problem, can you put extra on the sub then? His reply? «No.» «If I put extra on it, it will drip on the paper and not stay on the sub.» Really?
With that answer, I left the store. You know, It’s frustrating when you think that you’re ordering something that you want to eat and are willing to pay extra for anything extra that you order. Or, simply just getting a sub the way you want it! The only reason they are fast is because the customer can only get what Jimmy John’s is programmed to serve. Do not go into that establishment and think you’re going to get what you want. You will get what Jimmy John’s wants you to have, and that’s it. Huge disappointment for me, and a huge loss of business for them. Our school’s football team orders from there. I mean, we used to order from them.

Love the «Vito»! Fresh bread and great service. They are always friendly and fast delivery. Never had a bad order and we order several times a week. Thanks!

Talk about crap-​o-​la. This place messed up my sandwich 3 times and I had to hand the 3^rd try back to them. Service is awful here. Worst experience ever at a jimmy johns.

These guys are awesome. Setting the bar in the industry for delivery. Always as promised and in incredible time. Wonderful to use if you don’t have a lot of time to leave the office.

The delivery is fast compared to other food delivery places depending on how far you are located your food will be zoomed to you via bike or car and the drinks will be cold and your hot sub will still be steaming!

Good subs, but delivery service is so terrible getting a sub anywhere else would be a better option. Having an office ½ of a mile away should mean «freaky fast delivery» wouldn’t be tough to back up, but the last 4 orders I have placed for delivery have come with a 45 minute wait. Today topped all of the other orders, as I waited an hour and a half to get my sub delivered. Eating the sub now, and it is saturated in oil and is lukewarm, as a sub that has sat for 1 and ½ hrs would be. Horrendous delivery service.

It’s very rare that I actually get to enjoy jimmy johns since I am not in their delivery range and this locations hours do not line up well with mine but I finally had some time to stop in today and I am so pleased. It’s been a while since I’ve been and I must say that all of the upgrades look very nice. The staff is friendly & everything is very clean. As per JJ standards both of my subs were ready before I was finished paying. I would give 5 stars if they had been willing to give me a side of Dijon mustard, the cashier said that they do not have a way to «give sides of stuff» which I know is false (having worked for JJ many years ago) but I guess management has finally cracked down on food cost. Aside from that– JJ’s is the bomb!

I love jimmy johns and use to get it every day. Just decided to get it today and went here. They were unfortunately not as friendly as jimmy johns people usually are, took a longer than usual to make the sub and had not so clean tables for no one being in the place. Management needs to take a little action here. The sub wasn’t put together as well as it usually is either. Only reason it’s not less stars is because I love jimmy johns.

They don’t have a huge selection, but the food is always consistent… You can expect it to be very good everytime (I order at least weekly). Their delivery really is «freaky fast», our office is 1 block away and they are usually here within 5 – 10 minutes when we place an order.

I will review anything and everything, including multiple Jimmy John’s establishments. In terms of JJ’s, this is definitely one of the least pleasant experiences I’ve had. My other half and I wanted to grab a quick lunch here, but the service wasn’t freaky fast.
It took quite a while to get our sammies after we ordered, and my other half’s sub was completely wrong. While mine was correct, I don’t think they added any extra oil and vinegar as I’d asked. He had asked for meat, cheese, and mayo only, yet it came with what must half been half a head of iceberg lettuce and chunks of slimy tomato. I had eaten over half my sub before they even made his replacement. They didn’t give me the pickle I had ordered either, and seemed a bit upset when I reminded them that I had ordered one. The subs tasted like your standard JJ’s fare once they were corrected.
The staff seemed very overwhelmed with take out orders and the phone constantly ringing. They may have been better at their jobs however if one of the male employees weren’t spending time rubbing the back of another female employee. This isn’t fine dining, and I don’t really care if you date your coworkers, just don’t show PDA while you’re swamped with orders.

«Freaky fast» service is few and far between. It used to take 15 – 20 minutes max to receive a sandwich. Recently, it’s been more like 45 minutes all the way up to 1 and a half hours! As I write this review, I’ve been waiting for 40 mins.
My last ³⁄₅ sandwiches have been incorrect.
This will be my last order… extremely disappointed with whatever their management has changed.

The service was «Freaky Fast» like they advertise, and they didn’t sacrifice on quality! I got an Italian Night Club on Wheat — it was a perfect serving. I wasn’t overly full and I wasn’t left still hungry. There is a nice courtyard in the back with a lovely fountain which is a perfect place to enjoy your lunch on a beautiful day.

Good French bread rolls. Got an Italian Night Club. About the same amount of meat as Subway, they say twice the meat. Would hate to see a regular. Service was quick, and there is a fair amount of seats. Overall, not bad, but you could go to Subway for less money. Second time a I a Roast Beef, much better, still a little light on the meat.
