Run and Roll

The best. Plain and simple. Customer service like none other, great selection of high quality (and unique) products, tons of knowledge, and the patience of a saint.
While visiting Palm Beach, we stumbled across this store, and unfortunately, it was closed. We peered through the windows and saw several unique running tops/​bottoms that we had never seen before. We didn’t have a chance to return during that visit, but I called Patti and asked if I could get a few items shipped to me for my girlfriend’s birthday.
I wasn’t exactly certain which size to buy (she’s finicky about the fit of her workout gear). Patti offered some ideas and comparisons; I took a guess and placed the order. I had the items within a few days (Patti called to confirm delivery/​receipt). Patti was spot-​on with one of the items, the other was a tad too small for my girlfriend’s liking. Patti dropped a new size in the mail before receiving my return — talk about super awesome.
So, I wish I lived closer to West Palm Beach, Clematis Street, and most of all, Run & Roll. You folks are lucky to have such a great store and a wonderful person in that area. Thank you, Patti! I owe you huge!

Sweetest lady!

Patti is the best. Just the most pleasant and knowledgeable person one could ever meet. I also loved her dog Lilly. I brought my good friend to Run and Roll. I wanted Patti to help her select a new pair of running shoes. She is a new runner so she needed to purchase a pair of running shoes for the 1^st time. I had a choice to go to Patti at Run and Roll or another store with the fancy computers. Patti told me she was the computer. And WOW… she is. She really takes you through a process of watching you run, examines your current shoes and then makes suggestions based on her many years of experience.
Patti also sponsors several running and walking events from her store. A nice touch to get to know some fellow runners/​walkers if you choose.
I was really taken by Patti’s friendly, humorous, supportive assistance. A true professional that knows her stuff. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The first time I met, Patti, the owner at Run and Roll I was training for my first marathon. I asked her if she had a computer to find the correct shoes. Her reply,” I am the computer”. She was right! The shoes she picked were right and got me through two ING NYC Marathons. Top notch running shoes and all the accessories a runner could desire.. And did I mention she finished the Iron Man Hawaii? THIS is someone who knows their stuff! Meet her adorable dog Lilly as well. Everyone is fabulous with your best interest at heart!
