My lash experience at Lash Secret was beyond HORRIBLE. My lashes were initially applied by a lash tech who had little training. My lashes were glued directly to my eyelid! It was very uncomfortable, painful and kept me awake the very first nite.
I contacted the owner in the middle of the nite as I was scared for the safety of my vision. Owner told me to see a 2^nd lash tech who confirmed that Lash tech #1 had little training and a lot of unhappy clients. Lash tech 2 did not have time to fix the disaster created by lash tech #1, so made me a new appointment to return. This lash tech then canceled appointment after appointment at the last minute… sometimes only 30 minutes before we were scheduled to meet.
I finally called the owner, who refused to accept any responsibility for a job poorly done. She instead said I would not get any type of refund. I reminded her of the detailed emails, texts and phone calls I sent her thru my negative experience, along with pictures of my destroyed lashes. She hung up on me and then refused to answer any more of my calls.
PLEASE read reviews before u go someplace new, especially when it comes to something so important and delicate as your eyes!!!

I am very upset over the services that I received from this salon. I guess when things start bad they end bad. I started with a text from the tech doing my lashes 2 hours before my appointment requesting that she push back my appointment 30 mins, so she could move. Then the lashes that were done began falling off the very next day. The very next day I looked like I had patch work done on my lashes, it was/​is horrible. When notifying the tech of my situation I was told that she used sensitive glue and that she would be out of town for a week and she would contact me for an appointment to fix them. My eyelashes still haven’t been fix and the owner FINALLY responds with «at this point I can only offer you about 20 lashes» Stating that I used a Groupon for the services, of which I did NOT… Very disappointing…
Did I mention the small stuffed up room we were crammed in with no A/​C…

Karolina is fantastic and did an amazing job. You don’t know what you are missing until you have a great set of lashes put on. Literally reduced my makeup application time. She is very pleasant and professional.

These people keep sending me spam texts. I have no idea how they got my number, but I wouldn’t use them in that they don’t seem to care that they are spamming me and costing me money (text fees).
