To me Miami Subs and Grill is the kind of place that makes you ask yourself«Why do I ever go to any other fastfood restaurant?» You always know what you’re gonna get at Miami Subs and Grill and the food is fresh, flavorful, varied, and perfect! These days it seems like you don’t know what you’re gonna get at the other national chains. I love Miami Subs! Salads, burgers, fries, hotdogs all great!

Horrible service both times. Albeit, I will give them the benefit of the doubt, both times we came here in the period of 1 week, it was at late hours of the night. However, it seemed to me that in both of those encounters we had an incredibly difficult time in getting them to understand what we wanted. When questions were asked, we didn’t get answers but rather a confirmation of the things we had already ordered. On service alone, this place is a pain. BUT, I must give credit where credit is due. I enjoy the tacky Miami Vice looking sign, and the french fries that are just the right amount of crispy on the outside with a warm interior. Really, that and late night hours, are probably the only reasons I could see to return. The chicken sandwich and cheeseburger I had were both fitting of the standard late night sandwich experience. Nothing worth even writing about. Unless you absolutely must, this isn’t a place that you really need to worry about missing. I could have gone my whole life without 1 visit. Except for maybe those fries… I’d definitely come back for those.

Going to the track and decided to get some grub. Decent classic, friendly drive through staff. I’ll be back.

Food is decent, different than your usual fast food options but the service is just way too spotty! This location used to have the most horrible employees and then they cleaned house and started fresh which was good for a while but it has gone south again. The people don’t greet you when you walk in they just get straight to business which is understandable but it would only take an extra second to say hello! At least the food was correct so there were no issues, we’ve had an experience where they messed the order up and were very nasty when it was brought to their attention. It’s is nice that they bring it out to you though & box up your leftovers for you && They have the cool coke machine with like a million flavors!

I was here to eat a gyro platter and a hamburger, the food was fine but being harrassed by the workers is not fine at all, the service is lousy and with rude employees who harassed me even when i was outside of the resturant even with one taking it far as opening the drive thru window saything that they will not serve me food, will make me come here ever again

Seems as if Miami Subs is where all those old fast food chains go to die. I was running between meetings yesterday and decided to stop here for a quick bite. Growing up in the northeast, I remember Arthur Treacher’s fish and chips, and of course Nathan’s. But I didn’t realize until after I stopped that’s what Miami Subs was all about. LOL I was looking forward to a sub sandwich, or what we use to call a hero. Besides hot dogs, Miami Subs also has Kenny Rogers Roasters, cheese-steak, wings, pizza, gyro, and Blue Bunny ice cream. Talk about brand confusion. I guess if it’s one o’clock in the morning, this must be a great place if you have the munchies. But in the middle of the afternoon, I was somewhat unimpressed and underwhelmed. The folks who own and run this franchise seem very nice and eager to please, which makes it all the more harder to say this is just a Two Star experience. I started with a small six inch cheese-steak. Please know this isn’t Geno’s or Pat’s, or even Great Steak ‘Em from the Food Court. It was flavorless, tiny and barely five inches in size(photo). After, I tried the Nathan’s with kraut and onions(photo), which seemed more like the Coney Island dog I remember. It too though was smaller and looked like a #10, instead of a #8(ten hot dogs to a pound, instead of eight). All this ran me $ 10.05, including taxes. So Two Stars, and«Meh. I’ve experienced better».

This was unexpectedly good for a fast food place. Went for breakfast; eggs were fresh, hot, and made to order. Wifi was free and fast and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. Plus, two egg sandwiches for $ 5 and change! Would definitely return!

I love Miami Subs. Every time you go into one of these restaurants, no matter the location, it’s empty, but you’ll be hard pressed to find better fast food in South Florida. My girlfriend and I ate at this particular location last night. The dining room was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. They insisted on delivering the food to our table and tried to make chit-chat with customers as they ordered and paid. The gyro platter I ordered was very tasty and came with a decent amount of food. Next time, I intend to try their Philly Cheesesteak, which has always been a good choice at Miami Subs restaurants.
