CalledMichael’s in West Palm for information on Spray Fabric Dye — Simply Spray who says they are a distributor. After two calls and long hold time, snippy sales person rudely stated «All Michaels are different.» I will never go there or call again.

Talk about RUDE!!! The cashier was one of the most unfriendly, rudest person I have ever encountered! Standing in line, she tells me I have to wait so she can ring out people from another line because they were waiting longer than I was. I’m sorry… I had been standing in line waiting too. Then she rang up my purchase with the wrong price, told me I couldn’t use a coupon I received via email today that said valid today and tomorrow. The smirk on her face didn’t help either. NO THANKS michaels! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Love Michael’s! The staff is always super friendly and I’ve used some sort of coupon on every visit. If you have a smart phone just visit their site and look under «coupons». I usually look one up right before getting in line. Love this place!

Wow, I agree with Vanessa, this store was so nice to shop in. Very large, so organized with wonderful selections of anything you might be looking for. Now that my daughter is older I do not visit this store as often. Aghh, those were the days scrap booking and making crafts together. What is not to love about this store, such beautiful displays off holiday décor.
This store is a dream for crafty people. So much to choose from and you can always seem to find very cool stuff. I simply walked in to purchase some ribbon and of course found other items for the home. From beads, to vases, picture frames, yarn, ribbons and all those gorgeous holiday wreaths.
Want a great taste for the holidays walk in here, it is beautiful with such amazing items. Service was just as awesome and prices are very competitive. Lovely store!

This location used to house a Comp USA, but after going out of business they decided to throw in a Michael’s craft store in its place. Normally, most Michael’s are a dime a dozen, but this one is by far the BEST one I’ve been to.
It has a really great beading section, which is helpful since the local bead shops around the area close well before 9pm. (Hey, us beaders work too ya know?) Also, many Michael’s have a pretty poor selection of scrapbooking papers, but this one has an extensive variety of more modern papers, not just the same ones I have seen for the past 4 years.
All in all, I love going to this store when I’m in the area. I just wish my local Michael’s (*cough* Aventura location *cough) would get a clue and model itself after this one.
