Went with a friend who had a set budget for a new sofa. The sales associate we had kept walking off to help others who were looking for more expensive bits of furniture. When she was with us, she kept trying to push other pieces on my friend and kept trying to talk her into financing stuff. I know it’s all about the sale, but if someone tells you that they have a budget, it’s probably for a reason. Don’t try and get them to buy things they can’t afford!
Luckily my friend stuck to her budget and will Haber her new sofa in a few days.

Walked around for 45 minutes waiting for help. I’m 6 months pregnant with a blank check from my aunt to buy a nursery set but nobody would help me. The one elderly lady that said hello told me she concentrates on bigger furniture. Wow! How’s that for customer service! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
