Ordered online and just had one simple thing to call in for but trying to get someone on the phone was impossible!

We came here for a pick up and Denise made the experience very pleasant for us. Food was fantastic ! Fast service too

Always Professional the manager there knows customer service and the staff is great they always take care of me, I had a small issue in the past but the manager took care of it in a Professional manner with great service im sorry her name escapes me. This why I consider this location one of my favorite locations to go to

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with cheesy crust, a soda, and breadsticks for my boyfriend and I at the pool today. At first, I was a little unsure because of all the negative reviews below but I decided it’s Pizza Hut, how bad can it be? We had been ordering from dominos then I tried out Pizza Hut instead because of cheesy crust, and way more food involved in this order than at dominos and it was still way cheaper! My order arrived perfectly with fresh hot food, sauces and everything included. The gentlemen that delivered it was very nice. The only thing I could see to complain about is I waited 10 minutes longer than estimated time but I didn’t mind since it wasn’t a long wait time anyways and we weren’t in a rush. I guess the other reviewers had a bad experience but mine was great and I will definitely be ordering here again!

I just received my incomplete order… not happy! They were supposed to bring my soda and cheese sticks w/​the ordered pizza, and the driver was clueless until I had to verify my order on the receipt he had in his presence! He said he would be back in 5 minutes w/​the rest of my order. It was 20+ plus minutes before he returned.
This is just one on many issues I experienced over the last 3 orders from this location. The first… wrong pizzas delivered; the second… would not come to the from door and ring the doorbell, and called my phone to ask me to come outside. I asked the driver to ring the doorbell at the front door next time. This time… the same driver, called the phone instead of ringing the front doorbell during the pizza delivery and the delivery of the cheese sticks and soda on the second trip! On top of that… when I called the store to complain, the woman I spoke with over the phone was unprofessional and did not allow me to talk w/​the manager on duty. She didn’t view my complaint as important, and played with colleagues while on the phone to the point I had to just hang up!
This was not a one time thing with this location. As a person that likes Pizza Hut, I will never order from this location again! Unprofessional, inconsiderate and unsatisfactory are a few accurate descriptions for this place. I would have provided a rating of «no stats» if it were possible. I plan on finding other venues to share my negative experience with location; they deserve it!

Great service over the phone when placing order. Friendly young lady, well trained to offer all the specials. Went down hill from there. Delivery time was quoted as 1 hour which seems a little long. After an hour passed I called to check on the pizza. I was told my pizza was just then leaving and would be there in a few moments. Half an hour later I was delivered the coldest pizza I’ve ever eaten from a delivery pizza chain. Upfront information about the delivery time would’ve been very much appreciated. Ensuring that once I waited that long I was delivered a hot pizza would have closed the deal without any problem for me. Waiting that long to get a cold pizza means I will never call there again.
