This location is right past the baggage drop and before the TSA checkpoint closer to Terminal C. About 5 tables.

I am amazed at how terrible this Starbucks remains year after year. I reluctantly frequent this place across from C3 during holiday travel and it is consistently awful(so they at least have that). They do not understand English and they yell at each other in some creole. Just left there a few moments ago. Forget about my order being totally screwed up, I expected it from this dive Starbucks. The customers in front of me however, expected that their order would be correct. There were two couples in front of me. The first couple asked three times if the drinks sitting on the counter were for them. The barrista looked at them each time and then went back to making drinks without answering them. It seemed as if she were hearing impaired or did not speak English. After a few more moments the barrista handed them two drinks and the gentlemen again asked if they were his or if his were the two drinks already sitting at the counter. The barrista again looked at him and then turned her back to him. The first couple walked away with a confused look on their faces. The second couple stepped up and asked the barrista if she forgot their drinks. The barrista did not respond or make eye contact. A few minutes later she put two drinks down without saying a word. The couple had not yet learned their lesson because after asking again if the new set of drinks belonged to them, the barrista walked away. The couple grabbed the drinks and sampled them. Of course they were not correct. They said they had to catch a plane and walked away with the wrong order. My turn… the barrista hands me an order not even close to what I ordered. It seemed as if she was just making up random orders, but I looked at the cup and it was indeed the one that was prepared by the lady that took my order and turns out it was prepared exactly as it was written. The lady at the register wrote it incorrectly. Now it dawns on me that we have a uniquely dysfunctional team here. The lady who collects the orders can’t hear and the lady who prepares the orders can’t speak. There was a gentleman behind the counter whose role I assumed it was to not see. It is now 30 minutes later and I am sitting at C3 and the drinks that were placed there originally have not moved. There is no one in line. Mr. Schultz, what the hell???

My husband wanted a coffee before the early morning flight and all I wanted was an ice water so I could sleep during the flight and coffee would keep me up. Anyways, ordered a «Carmel White Mocha and an Ice Water Please» she gave us attitude when she asked«Uh bottled water or a cup of water» and we politely said«a cup of ice water please» and then she grunted at us. The lady made my husband’s coffee and then gave us attitude when she called it out, and wouldn’t even put on the coffee sleeve, just sat it on top. Usually Starbucks have super peppy employees like they’re all jacked up on coffee, well not here. 2 of 3 of the employees were bitches, only reason why its not 3 for 3 is because we didn’t deal with 3 chick and so I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she took her happy pills. Anyways coffee and pumpkin bread were delicious, like always and over priced, but thats just Starbucks.

I hail from the land of coffee and when I was flying back to Seattle from West Palm Beach airport, this Starbucks was across from my gate. Since it was a early bird flight, I thought I would get a breakfast pastry and a drink for the plane ride. First thing about this kiosk is that it is small. I get that sometimes space is a issue but you still have to keep the line moving. I gave my order(hot chocolate no whip and a pastry) and noticed that they were still using Christmas cups(in late January). Maybe a minor detail to other folks but usually the«Red Cups» are a tradition only during holiday. So I knew they were still using up their old inventory likely to try to clear through it. Maybe a sign they didn’t do as much traffic as they should’ve or they have a bad planner who sent them too many. Either way, moving on. I went to pay and this is where my mind was blown. Everyone knows that it’s the day of technology. Free wifi, boarding passes on phones and apps galore. If you’re not in the game, you will be left behind. Starbucks is known for their gift cards via apps and all that jazz. It’s the only way that I use their app is to use up the random gift cards I’ve collected over birthday and Christmas to get my random fix. When I handed the cashier my phone, she looked at me, shook her head and said in a really annoyed voice«You’re going to have to read it to me.» And I paused for a minute before I said«I’m sorry?» and she said«You’re going to have to read the 16 digit number to me.» How in the world a Starbucks would make a customer read them the 16 digit number off their gift card via app is unacceptable to me. So then when I tried to read her the numbers, she started to get annoyed and tell me I was going too fast and she took the phone from me anyway. The line behind me continued to pile up and now was about 10 people deep. However, it wasn’t MY fault that they apparently don’t have a scanner or know how to process a gift card without manually punching in the numbers. After this whole ordeal, she finally got the numbers in and eventually I got my order. But it took way too long and it’s the first time I’ve ever had a Starbucks force me into manually reading the numbers. I’ll likely not fly to this airport again but buyer beware!

I love my Starbucks but they never seem to keep a good collection of refrigerated foods and drinks(juice for my son, yogurt for me). Not sure if we are always hitting it at a bad time but we go here a few times a year so it would be strange that I am that unfortunate. The cashier was very kind to me — she actually relaxed me when I couldn’t find my stuff, baby started crying, and toddler grew restless. It was nice(there was a short line behind me the mom). The barista on the other hand must never had been trained as a feeling figure outer. cause she just threw my drink at me and I had to figure out which ones were mine. Rudeness. But the cashier totally made up for it.

This Starbucks is located in Concourse C and is one of the few places for food and drinks. Thankfully when I went they were not busy. However, despite the lack of business, I still felt they took a while to make my drink. They even made the drink for the lady in line behind me before they made my drink! But they made my drink just the way I like it and they were nice so they only lose one star!
