Kennedy Self Storage

I returned my rental truck and was helped promptly by the «bearded fellow» behind the counter.
The store was clean and the assistance was prompt I was given excellent customer service — which is difficult to find nowadays.
Ease of return, pleasant conversation & a positive attitude is why I’ll use Kennedy for my moving & storage needs.

I have had two storage rooms here, rented a truck and rental equipment here. Collin, the manager, was great to work with. He worked to make things easier for us by rearranging our truck rental so we could pick up locally instead of having to pick it up further away even though the website wouldn’t let us when we reserved. This required him going out of his way to call into the corporate headquarters. He helped arrange things so we wouldn’t have to pay for another month for a second storage shed when we consolidated into a larger shed. He was flexible when things went wrong and the truck keys were returned after hours by the moving helpers before we had gassed and swept the truck and allowed us to come in the next morning to take care of it. Really just went out of his way to provide great customer service and make things run smoothly during an otherwise busy and stressful time during a move and saved us time and money. Will definitely be coming back to rent again when we move in a few months!
