I put in an order, and at first thought they had forgotten to include an order of pad Thai that was part of a coupon. Turns out I made a mistake and the coupon was expired, but they still had the drive come back with an order of pad Thai on the house, went above and beyond. Food was great, will definitely order from here again. I just wish they had delivery available more often.

I called for an order, got a «yup, you got it» and 10 minutes later dinner was ready to be picked up. Simple and convenient, just the way I like it. The pad thai was tasty too. Will return to try their other dishes.

We had the scallion pancake, chicken noodle soup, yellow curry, and the larb. All of them were excellent! This is gonna be our go-to spot for sure!

I waited over two and a half hours for my delivery through Foodler. I could not reach the restaurant to cancel, as it was a busy Friday evening. Apparently the order was canceled, and I was not informed. Customer service was very rude, despite my offering to head down to the restaurant to pick up my food(I really wanted pad thai). I will not be giving this restaurant my business anymore.

So I ordered at 7:40. Delivery estimate 8:40. At 9:20 I call and after 10 minutes they come to the conclusion that my food is on the way. I ask for a discount for the inconvenience(I ordered $ 100 of food) and she tells me that the manager is delivering the food and I can discuss it with him. I bring it up with the person delivering it and he says that he isn’t going to lose his job because I don’t want to pay and leaves with the food! I call the restaurant and eventually he comes back and begrudgingly lets me have the order that I paid for over 2 hours ago. Ugh. They eventually gave me 20% off but I still can’t believe that after it was 2 hours late that they guy walked away with my dinner.

4.5 stars for the food 2 for the service To the reviewer who accused the staff at this place of racism against black folks, please know the owner is a black man, so your assumptions are unfounded. But I do take offense to the reviewer who said he looked like a thug… Anyway, I’ve been a customer here for a few years. The food’s great. But the owner’s customer service skills continue to turn me off. he’s just not good with customers and ought to invest in having a staff person man the counter. We moved away from West Roxbury a year ago, and still patronize this place, but I must say after today when the same owner had a sarcastic attitude(all I did was come in and say I was picking up) I was taken aback, and a little miffed – after all I’m no stranger and come in with my boy, and family friends, many times, over the years, have even had conversations with the owner. But still despite this history, I always feel when I go in there’s no friendliness, no acknowledgement – the type of acknowledgement I get when I patronize any of the other small businesses and eateries on Centre St(like Los Amigos who always greet me and my son when we come in for dinner) or even just common friendliness. Today, after this sarcasm, and the many similar incidents that have led up to it, I thought«that’s it, I’m not going out of my way to support this place anymore» A little friendliness and respect truly goes a long way with me. Doubt he reads the feedback here but… Best of luck

Ordered delivery from Sticky Rice on Grub Hub, as I was dining for one and the minimum to spend was only $ 10 bucks. The promised delivery time was accurate and the food arrived steaming hot. I had the edamame and Drunken Noodles — a personal favorite of mine. The edamame was perfectly seasoned and not too salty. The vegetarian entrée had tons of veggies and the portion was enough for leftovers! The sauce was pleasantly spicy, but not too much so where I couldn’t taste the flavor. I really enjoyed Sticky Rice and will definitely be ordering again. The quality is great and prices are competitive to other local Thai places like Phu-ket.

The service is nasty. Big Boss, the titular head honcho of the place, must dislike regular customers. He calls people«weirdo’s» after they walk out the door. He told me «Why don’t you learn to cook!» «You must be rich!» «I wish I had your free time!» What?!! Doesn’t he need the regular customer’s business? Evidently not. He said that he wasn’t the owner, so he didn’t get any money out of it. He’s rude and totally abusive. I’ve never been treated so badly. I’ll never go back there. If he hates people so much(except for flirting with pretty, underage girls) he shouldn’t be in the customer service business. Big Boss isn’t so big to me, if he has to make his customers feel small.

Their customer service sucks!!! I went there on 3÷20÷15 to get an iced tea, I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one would help me everyone was looking at me like I was crazy then a guy who looked Caucasian walked in and one of the employees who was sitting down playing games on his phone the whole time(which I thought he was a customer at first) jumps up and ask him«hi can I help you how can I help you» I’m now looking at him like I can’t believe you were sitting there the whole time and never asked to assist me? So he helps that guy and fixes his food(without even washing his hands) and then he turns to ask me «what do you want are you here to pick up?» I said«no I just want an iced tea.» «Oh all u want is iced tea?» I guess they didn’t like my dark skin!!! But it’s ok because they will NEVER get anymore of my green money! If you’re white or light colored you’re fine I suppose… There was a Caucasian couple dinning in who witnessed the everything. After that horrible experience strongly feel he/they are very discriminate towards race/color… Otherwise why wouldn’t he ask to help me after I stood there for so long? Pure Blatant Ignorance!!! Racism is still alive! Especially at sticky rice café…

This is the second time i have ordered from here. It was again, just barely okay. I got the crunchy thai rolls and the yaki udon noodles. The thai rolls had what looked like sawdust in them, rather than chicken. The yaki udon was supposed to be in a sauce with veggies and chicken. It had no sauce, 3 veggies(zucchini and one piece of broccoli) and a few very sad pieces of chicken. I will not order from here again, it’s so disappointing. I only rated them two stars because the delivery guy was super nice. The food is one star.

Once upon a time, Sticky Rice was good. Now the only thing good here is the noodle dishes. They are great, especially the drunken noodles. They are the saving grace here. If not for my beloved noodles, this would be a one star review. Everything else is pretty much abysmal. WARNING: do not get the crispy pork– it was so overcooked it was actually inedible. We had to throw it away. It was rock hard and reeked of too much fish sauce. Yuck. Even though the noodles are good I won’t be rushing back anytime soon. There are other options that are much tastier and take better care of my orders all around.

This place has got THEBEST crispy pad thai I’ve ever had! I also ordered the blanket shrimp, which was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. I can’t wait to try their fried ice cream next time… Also, the delivery time is impeccable — I got an e-mail that specified I’d be expecting about an hour long wait, which was totally fine — but much to my surprise, the delivery guy arrived a little more than a half hour earlier than expected with my food! He was polite, and I was very happy with the service, quality of the food, and overall experience. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for great delivery!

We have tried all of the thai restaurants from west roxbury, jp, boston and have found this to have the best pad thai and drunken noodle. Also, they do not use msg and will make all dishes gluten free. Oh. Fried banana. Do it.

Sorry but my rating standards include customer service. When you are 40 minutes late delivering lunch to a medical office it means that the staff does not get to eat lunch because there are patients to be cared for. Guess what affects the ability to make good clinical decisions? Blood sugar levels. Guess what kind of levels your clinicians have when they don’t eat? LOW.

We order from this place at least once a week, and the food is seriously absolutely amazing. Really inspired dishes — highly recommend the golden bags appetizer, the chicken krapow with egg and crispy pad thai. The service is also fantastic. The guy who takes the order over the phone(it’s always the same guy!) is quick, accurate and efficient. And the delivery guy is always so friendly and cheerful. Highly highly highly recommended.

I cannot believe I haven’t reviewed this joint before — we order from them at least twice a month. I wouldn’t dine in here, because it’s more of a fast-food feel, but the food is definitely worth taking out. The Thai crispy roll starter is as good as I have ever eaten, and the big daddy roll(a vegetarian fresh roll that’s been deep-fried) is enough food for a lunch, even though it’s an app. I’ve ordered the sushi a couple of times now, and it always has a significant chunk of fish in it, no skimping. But here’s what got me writing today — the service. It is solid, dependable, and honest. Last night an item was left out of our order, and when I called to just ask them to take it off the bill(no big deal, I had plenty of other food), the guy insisted on driving it over to our house. Insisted. And, when he came, he had this delicious milky Thai tea with him as a gift. There are at least three Thai places on Centre Street, and Sticky Rice is my favorite.
