***heads up it is in Super Walmart** I have come here a dozen times because I personally boycott subway. The only thing I have ever tried is the deli turkey with Swiss as it is the healthiest option. This particular time I came in, they had Jalepeño bread in which I decided to try. Now I love Jalepeño bread from most establishments, but this particular one had a weird aroma. My sandwich was stacked high with meat, cheese and all the fixings. Since I through away most of my bread, I don’t feel guilty about my choice on lunch,(I secretly wanted Chipotle. shh) The ingredients in terms of vegetables are all fresh. A guy before me got a Philly chew steak sandwich, which was microwaved and when she scooped it onto his sandwich as it was dripping fat and grease, I silently mumbled to myself«don’t do it buddy.» The service was slow, really slow. But I feel bad for her because it was lunch rush and definitely short staffed, as it was only her. She was at least really friendly. They have a Blimpies punch card where after 9×6″ sandwiches, you get the 10th6″ free.

So normally I am a fancy sandwich girl but I stopped to grab something while shopping at Walmart on my lunch hour. I was greeted by a friendly guy named Jeff, who I later discovered was the owners son. He was personable and I when I asked him if their pastrami was good he told me it was his favorite and he had a special sandwich he liked. I told him to hook me up and I ended up with an amazing sandwich. He made me a hot pastrami with provolone(normally he does pepper jack but they were out) on warm pretzel bread with spicy mustard, chipotle mayo, banana peppers, jalapenos, and pickles. It was an amazing sandwich. I will definitely be going back to see Jeff in the future for his special sandwich.

It’s a sandwich joint. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. Inside the Walmart.

This place is located inside Walmart. I have gone many times in the pass and never had a problem until this Wednesday… URG! She was so rude!!! I asked my boyfriend to get me a footlong Tuscan Panini. He came back and gave me my sandwich. I opened the wrapper to find a sandwich that had couple of pieces of turkey and pepperoni meat with mustard. I was like this is the Tuscan. He said that is what he said. And, it didnt even looked like it was grilled. He knows I dont like mustard… So, I know it wasnt his doing… I didnt want the sandwich… So, I decided to go in myself… Of course, he didnt have the receipt… I went in and said that my boyfriend just bought this for me and its not the Tuscan. I advised her that the sandwich is just turkey, pepperoni and mustard. She said thats what my boyfriend said he wanted on there. I said no you are mistaked because I dont even like mustard so he wouldnt say that. She said that she is sorry but she cant do nothing about it. & if I wanted the Tuscan that I need to buy another sandwich. I said you made a mistake and you need to fix it. She said she couldnt do it and it would be a lost to the company. I told her it was her mistake not mine and she needs to fix it. She advised me again if I wanted the Tuscan that I needed to buy another sandwich. I told her that Im not buying another sandwich when I dont even want this one & I want to speak to a manager. She said that she is the manager on shift… I guess I stared to get loud because I was just standing there advising her that I dont want this sandwich and I want you to fix it over and over again. I was not going anywhere unless they fix it and she just kept saying she couldnt do anything about it. I told her that I wasnt leaving unless you fix it. She said«what about a refund?”. I said«fine». She gave me the money back and I left… She could have just fix the sandwich, how hard is it to fix your mistake? The Tuscan includes oven-roasted turkey, pepperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers and creamy Italian dressing… The sandwich is really good but too bad for them… They have lost a customer… I have worked in sandwich place in the past and if we made a mistake. We always fix it to keep the customers happy… I guess this place didnt care if they keep their customers or not. Hopefully, they go out of business…
