Jamba Juice

This place is great. They always have awesome smoothies. The staff and the customer service is always great or should I say awesome. You should go there and get a nice cold smoothie with a snack too.

I’m here right now at closing and was really in the mood for Jamba Juice. I’ve walked in some places a few minutes before closing not realizing, and have had really reluctant, rude employees. Andrew was such a great sport! He was enthusiastic to tell me about the drinks and totally welcomed me even though it was two minutes prior to closing. I apologized and he insisted that it was totally fine. What a nice employee! I won’t take advantage and cut it so close next time, but I appreciate how friendly he was! Thank you!

This location is usually great but today it was not. My drink was not properly blended. There were huge chunks of fruit and ice. I cant believe they didnt notice this when they poured it in my cup. Im already home so not going back but now I have to taste my drink each time before I leave to make sure its blended.

Shout out to employees alexandria and zack who went above and beyond to help out our jamba craving… thank you guys awesome customer service.

So I never write reviews for starbucks Jamba juice all the establishments where you expect quality to taste well but yesterday I met 3 girls anjelica Lei and I forgot the other girl name but anywho. I normally go into Jamba juice getting the same 3 underground drinks and I wanted someth in g different so I challenged all 3 of them to find me a tasty underground drink without me having a allergic reaction because I’m allergic to certain fruits. They came up with so many ideas but ultimately made me a fruity rock and OMG that drink was everything! I am typically hard to please and picky but I loved it and didn’t want to share with anyone. All 3 of those girls made me want to write this review because people get so complacent in customer service and don’t go above and beyond for guest but they all made me feel great about going their and found me a new favorite drink. Thanks ladies you are a awesome group of girls I’ll see you guys again whenever I drive their again!

Usually my go to Jamba Spot. the consistency of the smoothie depends on who’s making it, there are times when I had a watery shake or too many chunks sometimes my cup isn’t completely full. Customer service is a hit or miss here. But overall typical place to get smoothies.

Only one person was making the drinks when I came in, and it smelled!!! It was a bit stuffy as well, they could’ve turned the ac on more or prop open the door. It smelled burnt like their blenders have been running all day. Anyway, I ordered the apple n greens (?) and I felt like they put too much banana in it. It didn’t taste like what I’d expect. No apple taste, too much kale and banana. Guess that’s to be expected since they’re all frozen.

Worst customer service EVER. Wish there was a minus rating. I walked in and there are 2 guys ahead of me who had already ordered. So I moved out of the doorway so as not to block the door and waited. There was a cute, young blonde working the blender. After a few minutes a man and a pregnant lady walk in. The girl at the blender looks at them and says «I’ll be with you in a few». (I didn’t receive any greeting upon my arrival). Next thing I know she walks to the register and asks the couple what they want. This is one my biggest pet peeves. I know I’m short, but the counters are quite low at Jamba Juice and I’m not invisible. It always seems to be a man that walks in and gets the attention when there is a girl working the counter. The 2 guys who had been ahead of me kindly spoke up, saying I had been waiting. I stormed out, madder than a wet hen. There is no excuse for ignoring a customer. I went from being thrilled at having been given a $ 25 gift card to wanting to toss it in the trash. Go across the parking lot to Nugget Market’s juice bar, where the customer service ROCKS.

The girls that work here are very friendly and helpful. The smoothies are great. The store is clean. They have these surveys on the receipts for BOGO smoothies! make sure to take the surveys to save $ for next time!

Don’t really have any negative comments to say about the local Jamba. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and even the occasional dance, no joke. Great smoothies and great service.

Pumpkin whirl-​in! Had a Groupon, so wanted to use it to try the new pumpkin flavored yogurt… yum! Try their frozen yogurt! It is soooo good!
I cannot remember the name of the two guys who helped us, but they were VERY nice and VERY efficient. I left them a $ 2 tip :)

I really really love Jamba Juice. Their stuff is always good. I recently tried one of there passion fruit teas and it was super good. The reason for the two stars is because of the level of service that I’ve received here. It seems like they just hire pretty girls for there looks and no great level of customer service. I was out and about late one evening and decided to stop by Jamba Juice for a quick treat. The store closes at 9:00 and I got there around 8:40. I was a little confused when I walked up because all the chairs were put away and one of the guys was mopping the floor. I though I must have made a mistake and they closed at 8 or 8:30. However, I check the sign and it says 9:00. So I walk in and first thing feel very uncomfortable walking on their freshly mopped floor. The girl working behind the counter gives me a dirty look and stares at me like «What the hell are you doing here?» I ask if they are still open and the guy mopping says, «yes». Reluctantly and with a bad attitude the girl comes over to take my order. I ask for the frozen yogurt and they tells me that they aren’t serving it anymore, because they’ve already cleaned the machine or turned it off or something like that. I say, «Seriously? Your still open another 20 minutes?» She just rolls her eyes at me and the guy apologizes to me. At this point I don’t say anything and just walk out.
I was really disappointed by how unprofessional this JJ acted. It’s one thing to prepare to close, but its another thing to do it in a way that makes your customers uncomfortable and doesn’t allow you to provide excellent customer service. Bad attitudes are a deal breaker for me! Sorry…

*sigh* I miss Blenders in the Grass. Anyone?
As far as Jamba Juices go, the West Sac Jamba is nice. I’m usually in and out pretty quick, and the employees have always been friendly. Most Jamba smoothies are just a bit too acidic for my taste, but there are a few I really dig. Orange Dream Machine = nom, and the Matcha Green Tea Blast is damn tasty, too.
Warning: check your calorie counts! (That is, if you give an ess about that stuff, which I occasionally do.) The original-​sized Peanut Butter Moo’d, while phenomenal, is 770 calories! Whew. The Strawberry Nirvana is my favorite of their «Light» options; at 150 calories for the 16 ounce, it’s definitely diet-​friendly and it’s actually pretty delicious.
My least favorite part of the Jamba experience is that there are no good place to wait for your order. Awkward. You either have to stand or they have like two bar stools available; thanks, that’s awesome. Tall, backless chairs are my idea of re-​lax-​ing.
But man, have ya tried the Pumpkin Smash smoothie? Oh lordy lordy. Calories, shmalories… I dream about this one. This smoothie ALONE moves Jamba up to 4 stars; it would be 3 if not for this little bit of heaven in a styrofoam cup.
Remember: you always get a free boost with your drink. If they don’t offer it, you order one anyway. Claim your boost, bra!
Verdict: Worth a visit. If you’re craving something cold, it’s nice change up from Sbux frapp, (located a few doors down).
Pumpkin Smash smoothie, people. GET ONE.

When I’m super thirsty and I’m around this area, Jamba Juice hits the spot even when Starbucks is my other choice, I always choose Jamba Juice. This place is clean but I sometimes wish it was just a bit bigger ’cause I had when there’s a long like and people crowd the door so the people inside can’t even leave. grr. This is the only Jamba Juice in West Sacramento, and it’s like any other Jamba Juice. it’s just cool that it’s a 5 minute drive from my house. My boyfriend and I literally came here everyday to get some when he came to visit, lol.

Friendly staff, some of them are borderline hotties.
The tall light skinned black manager dude is very friendly, gave me a free super boost one morning for me to try. It gave me the shakes all day long, but he was extremely friendly and personable.

One of the best Jamba Juices I’ve ever been to (and believe me, I’ve been to a lot). The staff is always friendly and the owner is very nice and is always there in the trenches lending a hand to his staff (if need be). Thumbs up West Sac JJ… you rock! :)

there’s never a long line at this jamba (even when i go at 730−830am on a weekday, with the new rchs opened up). the service is friendly, and they let me substitute things on the menu without making a face. the place is clean, and maintains a good temperature.
