Supercuts

Alicia is my girl! I go in with an idea, more or less, of what I want. She tells me what she thinks, I make my decision, and I leave BEAMING! One time I ended up going back right before they closed because I had the same haircut as my mom, they weren’t rude or judgmental, just took care of business. But stay away from Alicia! She’s mine! ;)

Writing this review from Great Clips. Same price haircuts without attitudes.
So my son and I have gone here for a few years until today when they took 4 walkins before us. Waited 40 minutes and kept thinking we were next. The old Vietnamese lady that runs this place does not understand the concept of a line, customer service or politeness and smiling. Maybe write people’s names down so you know who’s next. I usually don’t post stuff like this but people should know they can get a better haircut in less time less than a quarter mile away.

I was out of Nioxin and knew that Supercuts carried the brand. I came in, found what I needed right away and stood at the cash register for five minutes while three stylists continued cutting away. I understand you are busy but like literally every other salon I’ve ever been to, you acknowledge the customer and tell them you will be right with them. Not here. I looked right at them, waiting for one of them to say something. But they never did. So I put the products back on the shelf and walked out and will never return. Bad customer service.

I should start by saying that i’m not a typical girl when it comes to hair and haircuts, etc. I’ve never colored, highlighted, permed, etc. I’m pretty plain and just go get cuts for maintenance. I don’t like paying an arm and a leg like most salons charged so I found this Supercuts in West Sac. I checked in and sat down and they called my name within a few minutes. I came in post-​gym so I got a wash and a cut. Samantha was very friendly and cut a few inches off just like I wanted. She also used the tea tree oil shampoo which was refreshing and invigorating to my nose and scalp. If you come in for just a cut, you’ll walk out spending under $ 20. Since I got a wash also, it was $ 22. Not bad at all. Nice, clean, quick, and easy. Just what I look for when I want a cut!

I’ve only been in here to buy some hair products. They had a buy one get one half off deal which was nice.

2−2−13 walked in at 6:45 pm walked out at 7:25 pm no hair cut. Had 4 customers ahead of me no problem i had my fishniffer magazine. They had 3 hairstylist working. When it came to my turn the stylist ignored me as the only customer still waiting, and went to work bagging garbage and medeling around in the back
problem i thought, she’s in a hurry to go home. i sat and waited as the next stylist finished up her customer thinking she would now call on me. OO noo,.she tinkerd with her equipment a few minutes then walk over to the cash register and proceeded to count her tips from her little bowl. not one person said a single word to me. I wasn“t mad i“m 60 years old I“ve seen my share of rude people. I simply decided to come back early when they open at 9:00 am like i“ve always done since they“ve opened in w. Sacto.A.M. app. o k P.M. app. badddd. don“t go if over 55.$ 15.00 + $ 3.00 tip. I“ll go back tommarow but i believe I“ll start going to the other shops close by, there s like 6 more within a mile. privately owned shops $.!0.00 + $ 4.00 tip. As i walked out i said to the lady,” thanks for no hair cut”, she responded,“oh i“ll get write to you”.I replied i «ll come back in the morning as i walk my invisable old body out the door. charlie

Had a terrible terrible experience there! Had to wait 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. The color looked awful, my «highlights» were big junks of blond randomly on my head, some of the highlights started on top, some started an inch underneath where they should start. I didn’t see the full extent of the damage until my hair was actually dry and I was at home. Going back for an adjustment was not possible since I didn’t live in the area and they couldn’t accomodate me any other way (not that I would have let them touch my hair again), had to go to a professional salon to fix what’s salvagable. Would never ever set foot in a supercut again, and if you like your hair you shouldn’t either!

I have never had a bad hair cut while going here. Everyone who has cut my hair has always been nice. One thing I don’t like is the pitch at the end of every cut,“are you interested in buying any hair product today” It gets old, it gets annoying. If I’m interested in buying products I will. But of course I’ll be back!

I’m not used to going to these quick in and quick out hair cut places, and frankly don’t trust most of them. However Angelica there is very good. I have found a new hairstylist at a fraction of the cost at high end salons with the same if not better results. The other stylists aren’t very good, but she is.
