Fuse Bar & Grille

What a pleasant surprise after what had previously been at this location! I’ve only been twice since Fuse has been open, once in the afternoon and another time at night. Both times the food was great! The nachos are delicious and so is the calamari. Good portion size too! Had the Ruben sand which the first time (no meal the second; just an app and beer) & I loved it! Maybe just go a little easier on the dressing. The beer selection is pretty sweet too. Both times our bartenders were helpful, provided good service & had great attitudes. The reason why I took away a star is both times we went the ambiance was a little too dark. For Saturday night I understand but the Sunday afternoon my eyes kept having to adjust with light from the windows and I got a headache. Also, you might want to advise staff not to smoke directly outside the entrance on their breaks. Harder to control customers but staff shouldn’t.
Overall Fuse is a great asset to the area! Great job!

Went here with my son because it was walking distance figured we could grab a bite to eat. It was a Saturday night around 5:30pm walked in 4 people at the bar no one sitting was there about 2 minutes the bartender couldn’t be bothered ended up walking to Westcott Pizza which by the way is awesome. Don’t waste your time at fuse

What a difference with the new owners,
Been here before when it was 3 other business.
I’ve been here twice so far and the food is on the mark for pub food.
They also have specials and entertainment.
Very friendly staff that works very hard for the business.
I wish them great success and will definitely be back for more.
Hey they have prime rib, you know I’ll have to give that a try in the very near future.
Go try them out, you’ll agree.

Food was great had the jalapeño burger which was juicy and yummy and the fish and chips. They have the best Martinis
