In town for a wedding mid October looking for a cup of clam chowder to go in order to put a little something in our bellies. I was surprised when it took 5 mins or so to get my order and get out of there but I was so impressed with our awesome chowder I made the effort to submit this review. Great job Jerry’s, I am a fan.

I have ordered twice the fried oysters. I have to say they are the best I have ever had, cooked perfectly. The portions were good a size and the price was right. I will say it is old school clam shack type of place so if you are looking for ambiance go elsewhere but you will pay a lot more. I have not trying other food items other than the seafood why would you? It’s a seafood place.

Our last night at the cape and we wanted some fresh good seafood. We were tired of going to the overpriced restaurants that gave at best mediocre food Skippers for one We first stopped at Saltys but did not go in. We finally decided to go into the place we passed about five times. The staff was friendly, the fish chowder, crab cakes and fish sandwich were so good. The only regret was I did not have an enormous appetite and that we did not visit Jerry’s sooner. Would have loved to go back but am heading home in the morning. We saved the best for last. Thank you Jerry’s

Eat here if you must… But don’t try the burgers or fries. The chowder and lobster roll were just ok.

Stopped over for dinner because the place next door had an hour wait. I guess you get what you pay for, it was definitely cheaper than the place next door, but not enjoyable. We got two Greek salads which we didn’t like, especially in the plastic ‘to go’ container they were served in. Lobster roll didn’t taste like it was made from ‘just-cooked’ lobster, not sure if it was or not. Chicken nuggets for kids seemed like they were on the dry side and were dipped in something that looked more like corn meal, not bread crumbs or flour. It was really hot inside and at least for dinner not a pleasant place to eat at, although I realize, this is not a fancy restaurant. May be a better option for lunch. Just my opinion.

Staying in Yarmouth and always have a craving for seafood while at the ocean! A quick Unilocal search led us here. We both ordered lobster rolls, and we got 1 coleslaw and 1 clam chowder to share. the coleslaw and chowder were fantastic, wish the coleslaw had been bigger! Then we attacked the lobster rolls. It wasn’t what I am typically used to – no celery and mayo, but instead a slightly spicy mayo like sauce. And it was fantastic! There was so much meat and it was very fresh! Would definitely come back again, we paid $ 16.95 per roll, which I though was fair. Service was great and fast! You order at the counter and then sit down and they bring the food to you! Great place!

Stopped here for lunch on our way out of town on Saturday. We were«seafood-ed» out at this point so we got subs. My Italian sub was delicious! It was toasted with melty cheese which was a nice surprise. Hub’s steak and cheese was a miss though. The peppers and onions were literally raw. Really good French fries here too. We got a whiff of our neighbor’s pizza and fried clams and it all smelled heavenly so I’d definitely stop here again. I’m sorry we discovered it on our last day.

Delicious, fresh seafood with a great price. This is our second year in a row going there for a yummy seafood snack after the beach. Very friendly service!

We stopped here for a quick dinner after watching a movie. We were the only customers here when we arrived around 6pm. The hostess was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu items. After visiting Salty’s, we we a bit hesitant to order seafood in the area. However, we did order baked fish & chips. It was not listed as baked on the menu, but a special request was honored. It was very good. The crab cakes are made on premises, and they too were very good. The fried scallops were excellent. The pizza was okay. Rather greasy, but I’ve accepted that Cape Cod folks just have no idea how to make a great pizza. Here’s my free tip for you Cape pizza shops… don’t use that cheap cheese. It’s 90% grease, and your customers WILL notice. Overall, Jerry’s is a great place to eat, with great customer service.

Quick and yummy Saturday night dinner at a nice place with nice people. Very impressed with the service, how quickly our food came, and how good it was, this is a nice family owned place to try for a quick dinner without all the hoopla. Next time we will save room for an ice cream cone.

Excellent fresh fried shrimp and calamari. Probably one of the best stuffed quahogs I’ve ever had. The bread stuffing was excellent and great fresh flavor. Good amount for the inexpensive price. Will order agsin

The people are friendly. And the food is SO. GOOD. There was so much lobster meat in my lobster roll. And the portion for the fish and chips was huge! I would definitely come back to this place!

Been to Jerry’s each time we have come to the Cape which is about 3 times per year. I’m a big fan of the broiled scallops, fried onion rings and calamari. I usually don’t eat this type of fried food on a regular basis because I can’t find the quality like Jerry’s anywhere else for the price. Also you’ll love the guy. Warm and friendly and out to make you happy. Tonight a woman who did a take out order returned with her order and said she got a chicken giro instead of a sub. Jerry didn’t question her, took the giro, made a sub for her and refused to take anymore money. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great. Décor sucks but food is da bomb. Try the mousaka or grape leaves. The fried stuff was good too but not as good as some others. Strick with Greek specialities. And bring wine. Baklava for dessert!!!

Great food if you are looking for something quick & cheap. It’s very casual and seems best for families with kids. Definitely quality food for the price so it’s totally worth it. So if you’re on the fence about eating here, just give it a try. They have a large menu and it’s possible to find something healthy or more towards the unhealthy side(like a calzone bigger than my head).

Excellent Greek food!!! They need to advertise better– yeah, they have fish, but the only way you’d know it was Greek is the little blue flag out front. They even roast lamb on certain days of the week. Perfect for someone who’s had enough deep-fried fish and wants something better. Also, great family-owned atmosphere. My mom lives in town and comes here often, and the guys are super-friendly every time we come.

Friendly people, nice quaint place, nice menu. More a sub-shop with seafood than the usual seafood joint that sells burgers and chicken on the side. The burger we had was good, though a tad overcooked. Loved the shredded lettuce! However for take-out they should give ketchup or ask if ketchup is needed. They didn’t. The clam fritters were okay but greasy, and yes, fried food is usually a little greasy. The HUGE problem was the lobster roll which was so terrible it was thrown-out! Like a previous review said, it had some sort of orange spice rub in it that was absolutely not to our taste. They should warn customers that their lobster roll is not the traditional type found all over the cape. Plus it was chewy. So we’ll hit a different place next time, since seafood places are on almost every block in Yarmouth.
