Chamber of Commerce of West Yellowstone

This review concerns the hotel doing business as Yellowstone West Gate hotel. On our arrival day we were prepared to watch the U.S. Open tennis match featuring Serena. The none reception on the cable T.V. was horrible. We immediately called the front desk and the general manager came up to fix the problem. She was no help and she then sent up another manager who was pissed off at everyone associated with this problem. He got a fuzzy picture and we were told that it was the best they could do. We managed to miss the complete show and cancelled our week long stay, leaving after one day. I was accused by the general manager of ripping the cable from the wall. Not one apology from these inept employees and no concern for our pleasure. We spend five weeks in the park and we spend almost seven thousand dollars on hotels. This will not happen to us again as we will never again stay in this place they call a hotel.

It is a good place to stop for useful information because the visitors center is here.
There are plenty of brochures and information about Yellowstone National Park and other areas close by. There are also people to ask for assistance.
By the way, there are nice clean bathrooms too!
