a friend of mine suggested this place and I’d say it was a great suggestion. Very friendly people. we tried mixed koubideh and steak tips. the meat was properly marinated and very soft. great food and great people.

Food fit for nobility. .. a hidden gem in MetroWest/Worcester. Not to be confused with the many Indian restaurants in the area, this is delectable, many subtle spices which don’t burn your throat. We loved the beef kabob and fesanjun, and their salad and rosemary fries were krazy good. Far better than Chic Filet or the indian restaurant in the same plaza with non-translated ethnic foods which scorch your pallet with an avalanche of cilantro, whether you state you like it or not.

Stopped by for a spontaneous lunch. Clean café, with some tables and high tops. You order at the counter. The service was extremely friendly. I ordered a(lamb) gyro plate, baklava, and a bottled drink — $ 18. Liked my food, though I would probably try a kebob version or other type of meat next — the lamb was a bit tougher than expected though still very good flavor. The other reviews are right — their yogurt sauce and hummus are outstanding(served in side dishes). Will definitely stop in here again!

I’ve driven by 100 times and finally decided to stop and grab something to go. The gentleman taking our order was very welcoming. Once I ordered I realized I did not have my credit card(they don’t take American Express). He told me «no problem» call us with the card once you get home. Such a nice trusting thing to do. We ordered the Chicken and Beef kabob plates. The meats were both delicious, tender with the right amount of seasonings. Rice was also delicious and each came with grilled veggies. The side sauces were so yummy and obviously homemade. I will absolutely stop here again.

Very disappointed. Lamb is NOT tender, very difficult to chew, even the wrap is the same. Price is expensive. Staff is friendly though.

Stopped in while driving by after seeing very positive reviews on Unilocal. This was well worth jumping off of rt 9 for take out after shopping. I tried 3 main dishes. Lamb, lab gyro and chicken. Side of humus and falafel. Everything as very good. The whole family loves it. The rice with grilled onion and peppers is the perfect touch. The food was prepared fresh with care right in front of me. I was also offered a cup of tea while waiting and found a great conversation with the owner. If your looking for so thing different and delicious give this a try.

I am in the area about every 2 weeks for business, and this is my new go to lunch place. The man at the counter remembered me. So far I’ve had a different menu item each time,(tips, chic kabob and lamb shank) all delicious. They treat you like family and appreciate your business. I am looking forward to the next time I visit.

This place is amazing for kabobs. I ordered chicken kabobs with pita and hummus as a side it’s so delicious. The chicken is so soft and well cooked. The guy at register also offered us a complimentary special chai(tea), which is great. I never had that type before. Although I am not fanatic about beverages, but my husband liked the chai along with food. Will definitely visit again for the yummy kabobs

Simple dishes, done extremely well. Tice wasn’t dry, chicken was fresh and cooked right. If you enjoy a good plate of chicken and rice, you could do a whole lot worse than chop kabob.

Decent food, the service is really good. The owner seem very nice as well. Decent place to sit and for kids to run around. The food was delicious and reasonably priced a little low on the salt but I think its good for health. Will definitely come back to try more things.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Very friendly service. He suggested a couple of items if it were my first time there. I left it up to them to order for me and the food was excellent. Treated us like family. Even gave me a couple off the menu items to sample… If I were local this would be a very regular lunch spot. Known items tried: chicken tender kabob, eggplant mix app, lamb kabob, rice, and something else lamb… Everything was great!

I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, and, frankly, it’s nothing special on the inside, either. But the food is quite good and prices reasonable. This restaurant is a nice change from the other cookie-cutter places in Westborough where the menus look pretty much like every other place. While I would not take my family out for a «nice dinner» here, this is definitely a good choice as a place to pick up dinner on the way home or get takeout. I think if the owners made the investment and made the inside a lot nicer, this this place could really take off.

Chop Kabob — Family owned and friendly Middle Eastern fare! I tried this place for lunch. Unfortunately its in the back of a plaza that I don’t go to but I was doing business I was met with enthusiasm by who I assume to be the son of the owners. The owner came out and shook my hand then offered me some ‘crispy rice,’ a bi-product of their normal rice from the bottom of the pan that only comes out so often! The baklava was rich. The lamb shawarma was fresh, juicy, and the pita bread was soft. I’d definitely come back when the mood sets in! Only lost points is location and setting!

The interior isn’t much to look at, but this seems like more of a lunch place so I don’t see any reason to complain about that. Prices are fine for Westborough, you can eat a meal here for less than $ 10. The falafel is solid, if unremarkable. I really liked their mixed vegetable spread with pita which works as an appetizer or lunch for one. The garlic and rosemary fries were a miss, basically just frozen crinkle cuts with some rosemary dumped on top and nothing to hold them together. This is a decent place for a lunch break at work, but that’s about it.

You can tell this place is new the staff is very unfamiliar with the menu. The food is nothing special at all. I got a chicken wrap that was very small and an order of garlic rosemary fries. The fries hot and they just sprinkled them with barely any rosemary. No garlic at all. The sandwich had very basic flavors, chicken lettuce and tomato. maybe some tazeiki(I’m sure I spelled that wrong) sauce… maybe. They were out of napkins so I asked the staff for some. The cook gave me a package of napkins and asked me to refill the dispenser for him. On top of that it is very very expensive for what you get Do yourself a favor and GOTOZITISRIGHTNEXTDOOR.

A nice family run the restaurant. Very friendly. Food are awesome and price is reasonable too. Grand mom ‘s eggplant dish is the best. Highly recommend and will go back again for sure. Real Persian food.
