Everything seemed great until I wanted to pick up my car and they told me what they were charging me. There had been no discussion about it before hand. When I let them know this, they seemed to think I was out of line for thinking they should have been upfront with me about cost. Not even an acknowledgement or apology that they should have let me know what they were charging me beforehand. This tells me that they do not feel as though they did anything wrong and it could happen to you. I do not feel as though I should be surprised about cost when I come to pick up my car. This is disappointing because I just bought a house within 5 miles of the repair place. Do yourself a favor and bring your car ANYWHERE else.

I’ve been having difficulty with my Toyota Camry inexplicably stalling out. I’ve taken it to six other repair shops with no luck fixing the issue. However, unlike the other six shops that just guessed, misdiagnosed the problem and replaced a random part, Dunn’s corner was very upfront with me. They explained the car is not giving any error codes, and after reviewing the case history of common problems of that year of Camry, they offered a suggestion as to what might be causing the issue. I wasn’t convinced that the sensor they suggested would have anything to do with it, so I decided to pass on the repair. However, to my surprise, they did not charge a dime for the diagnostic. This kind of honesty and kind staff is what gets repeat customers, and should I have another problem, I will be sure to give them a try again. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Westerly, RI area.

A great place if you are looking for honest treatment, talented mechanics and fair prices. The location and décor aren’t so fancy but they don’t have fancy prices either. Don’t waste your time going any place else! Tom is the best!

These guys are really nice and honest guys. The owner likes to make sure the customer is happy and things are done fairly. I’ve had my inspection done there multiple times, my car fixed there once, and most recently they went above and beyond for me when my tire went flat(calling around to multiple places for me, trying to get a tire the fastest and cheapest possible for a Friday, they even put on my spare for free). Really great service. I dropped a star for the claustrophobic parking and tiny waiting area that feels like you might get an oil stain on your clothes.
