Worst egg mcmuffin and hashbrown I’ve ever had!
They didn’t even toast the English muffins! We ordered 3 and all of them were like this! It was just bread! Hash brown was only cooked for a few seconds! Not that nice toasted brown it’s supposed to be. It was Mushy, Full of grease.
What a waste!

Possibly the grossest establishment I have ever had the misfortune to visit. The building is old, and in serious need if a wrecking ball. Every square inch of the floor was sticky, sticky like they mopped it with coke syrup. ALL the tables were dirty, and it seemed as though they were running short-​staffed. Mcdonalds should have higher standards than this for their franchisees. This place is dismal, zero stars would be more fitting.

Bad food and super stupid people work here. I’m not sure how they get dressed in the AM. Really a zero star place sooooooooo slow. McDonalds needs to shut this place. I saw Mayor McCheese throw up in the parking lot. Eat here and get McSick.

Asked for fresh fries so they took the old fries and dumped them in the fresh fries. Burgers were warm not hot. Had to return 1 burger cause it was actually made wrong. 8 people working with 1 register and a line of people. 4 of the staff was sitting outside eating. This place is a joke. Do not go here. I wondered why the place did not have many cars for a summer afternoon by the beach.

I needed to ask for napkins. When I asked for a cup to get some water I was denied. There is a sign at the entrance that says «this is not a public restroom». The restroom is filthy. There were very few customer in the place at noon on a summer afternoon (this restaurant is near the beach and Westerly is crowded during the summer months). Apparently others got the message. Don’t go here.

Just like the other reviewer says, this place is a dump and a disgrace to McDonalds. I’ve just about given up going there. They take forever with your food and it won’t even come out hot. When I pull up to the drive through window I turn my car off because I know that I’ll be waiting for at least 5 minutes. Last time I was there I looked inside and could see a memo that management had posted next to the soda machine in the back. It talked about complaints there being «out of control». Putting such a memo out for the public to view is not a good idea. When you finally do get your food there is always something wrong with it. Condiments on the outside of the bun, cold fries, etc. The franchise should be revoked. To add insult to injury their prices are higher than the other McDonalds in the area. I’ve been to McDonalds all over the US and in other countries. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in this country or those. I like McDonalds and enjoy their food but this place is horrible and they should be ashamed of it.

Wish I could give it zero stars, but that’s not a Unilocal option. This restaurant is a disgrace and McDonald’s needs to revoke its franchise and knock it down. It is old and filthy-​dirty. It is ALWAYS understaffed. I only stop there when they offer the $ 1 Newman’s Own coffee. (Paul Newman is spinning in his grave for ever associating with McDonald’s.) Even if I’m the only car in the drive-​thru, it still takes forever. I’ve never spent less than 3 min in drive-​thru, but 5 – 15 min is more typical if there are other cars. I have left several messages on the «feedback line» of the JDML Restaurant Group (apparently the slum-​lord who owns a few McDonald’s in the area). They hire their employees from China and Central/​South America and pay for their room/​board in the Roger Williams Inn (a filthy, slummy, youth hostel in Westerly). This is apparently still cheaper than hiring local American youth.
