Solid breakfast, diner food. Reasonable prices and BYOB. This is not gourmet and not my first choice for breakfast but I do like that they have it all the time. Westerly needs to learn about something called Saturday brunch. The potatoes, cinnamon roll, and orange juice were good. I like that they cube the ham for the omelets but I don’t love whatever oil they use to cook it in. It tastes like what happens when you cook eggs in vegetable oil, off tasting. Butter is ideal. Friendly service. I would give it another try for lunch sometime.

Yum! Great breakfast — we had blueberry pancakes, apple bomb french toast, and banana french toast — all excellent. Great food, great prices — highly recommended!

Had the Spring omelette, it was delicious, with a side of sliced lean ham and a grilled bagel. The coffee here is also very good. Service was very prompt and willing to answer questions concerning items on the menu. Will recommend this establishment to friends.

Kids love it… Great kid menu options with fruit too. Food is great! Helpings and burgers especially are gigantic! You can eat healthy or enjoy a good heart attack while your there… Recommend anything on the menu with«Brian’s» name attached to it to really put you into a nice food coma! Parking has always been easy. Owner is fantastic, friendly and does all the cooking pretty much and arms length away. Small and cozy, very clean too. Staff is always great! A must visit…

I’m updating my review from 4 months ago. Since then, I have attempted to patronize this business 4 additional times. The first time it was about noon on a weekday, closed, no sign, no people. The second time I arrived at 3pm, they close at 3:30pm and was asked whether we’d be dining there or take out. When I said ‘for here’ I was told ‘we’re closing’ — ok, I’ll take it to go. The 3rd and 4th time we tried to eat there(12:30pm and 2:30pm), lights on, doors locked, no sign. I’m done. I don’t care whether you’re serving food that makes you poop gold nuggets, I’m done. Maybe the owner has a trust fund?

So good. Loved the Cobb Salad, but I’m low-carbing it so I especially adored the HUGE double fatty burger with cheese and grilled onions. No bun necessary!

Great people, great food. Just moved here and feel like I’ve been coming for years. Sean and his staff are top notch and down to earth. As soon as you walk in the door and see Sean you can tell he takes pride in his food and loves what he does. You got to check it out.

We could’ve really split one. It’s definitely the largest omelette I’ve ever seen. We found it in the best of Rhode island monthly. Quality fresh ingredients. We’ll be back

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve usually had a good experience. Today I went for breakfast with my girlfriend. I ordered an omelette with American, cheddar, and ham with 2 pancakes on the side. My girlfriend ordered French toast with corned beef hash. The pancakes were good and the French toast was ok once she cut the burnt edges off. The majority of the ham in my omelette was burnt black, much like my girlfriend’s corned beef hash. Both were completely burnt. As icing on the cake the temperature inside the restaurant was very cold. We both had to wear our jackets throughout the meal. It is possible that we were sitting at a particularly drafty table. Fatti Macs has been on the fence for me since my first visit in the summer of 2013 and after this experience I probably will not be returning. The reasons I gave them a 3 star instead of 1or 2 is because I’ve had some good food there in the past. Also the food was burnt so I didn’t really get a chance to try it at its best.

Yesterday I ordered the clam chowder and the sean’s beef sandwich. The chowder was ok, the sandwich however was cold and greasy. I now have the worst stomach ache and bathroom issue I have had in a long time. Next time I’m in Westerly I’ll stick to Subway.

Word of mouth is everything in westerly. That’s the only problem they’re gonna have because their service is so personal and friendly, the food is spot on every time… there will be lines out the door. They’ll have to expand. The charm is the size and personal touch. The care they put in their food. WE feel full and relaxed when WE leave. BRAVO Fatti. !!

Fatti Macs. Whatsup! I love this joint. I found it on a whim when I lived in Westerly. It was awesome, cheap, yummy, no frills just damn good food. I just ordered delivery from Fattis as I’m at work today and the employee meal today is less than desirable(inedible). YUM! Thank you I was subsisting on Cheetos from the vending machine. I love me some corned beef hash it was DOPE! And they gave me a free cinnabon. They forgot my iced coffee which hey it happens Im not the type to make a huge stink and the delivery girl was sweet. She calls back later and is back with my coffee her boss felt bad and sent her back! Thank you! Its people like you who make the restaurant biz. You actually care. So again thanks fatti macs Ill be back!

I went here for breakfast on 9⁄8 because I work close by. Fatty Macs came highly recommended by friends and reviews on Unilocal weren’t bad so I figured I would give it a shot. The inside was clean and welcoming and it wasn’t too busy. I was told to sit where I would like. I ordered a glass of orange juice and a three egg omelette with cheddar, sausage and bacon. The omelette might have been good, if the outside wasn’t coated with black grill bits. The whole thing tasted like it was burnt and cooked on an outdoor grill because of it. I didn’t end up eating it all. The white toast was also on verge of being burnt and had a TON of butter on it. I like buttered toast, but not when there is so much on there that it is dripping off when you pick it up to eat it. The waitress asked if I wanted a box to take it home, and I declined. Then came the part with the check. The total written on the back was $ 9.40. Written on the front was my omelette, $ 6.95 and my juice, $ 1.25. Now my calculator says that comes to $ 8.20, so asked if $ 9.40 was the total. The waitress said yes total plus tax. OK, so tax is 8%, or 66 cents, so that still comes to $ 8.86NOT $ 9.40. I wasn’t going to be jerky over 66 cents and paid the bill, though thoroughly unimpressed. Maybe it was an «off» day, but I am not sure I will be back to Fatty Mac’s anytime soon.

Holy bacon blue cheese burger. This was hands down the best burger I have ever had. Let me break down the 4 Bs for you. Burger– meat was moist and flavorful. The Patty was the perfect side and proportionate to the bread. Bread-buttered and grilled toast. The PERFECT complement! Bacon-could have been a sandwich by its self. Hand sliced and smoked. It was sweet, salty, smoky and rich! Chewy and crisp! HEAVEN! Blue cheese-blue and ripe, but not too stinky. It was cool and creamy. The perfect balance to this burger! This burger provided the perfect balance of those 4 Bs. It really could have been a sandwich composed of any one of those 3 ingredients! Don’t pass this place by. You’ll be missing the best burger around for miles!

Have stopped here a few times for breakfast and was never disappointed. So far this is he only place what can sustain the bottomless pit that is my 16 year old brother, he will get an omelet and still have food left over. Always hear about their burgers and, fish and chips so I will have to try them soon.

Just had dinner here with my girls, food is awesome and service was fantastic and we will be back for sure. My daughter and I had the Cobb salad which was perfect, my other daughters had burgers with fries which they both said were great, one other guest had the banana bread French toast which was to die for. My girls also had banana strawberry smoothies which I didn’t expect to be great but actually were perfect and I couldn’t help but to steal a few sips. 5 of us left with full bellies and the bill was only 54 dollars. This place is a gem, they also have a large parking lot and have outdoor seating.

I stopped in here this morning for breakfast. The owner, Sean, greeted me after I had ordered my breakfast burritos. Very nice guy! The burritos were choice! Fat and filled with beans, eggs, rice eggs and a whole bunch of cheesy goodness. I plan on stopping here at least once a week and hope to have more to review soon. GG

Fatti Macs has the best breakfast in the area. The food is fresh, delicious and the service is excellent. The restaurant is small so waiting might be likely during peak times. If you’re coming for lunch, try the burgers, they are amazing. Truly a place that shouldn’t be missed!

My 1st time here for breakfast. The place is clean, the staff friendly and the service was good. I had poached eggs which were done correctly(yolks not hard). The home fries were nicely seasoned. The corned beef hash was grilled. So many places don’t bother. The menu has a number of omelette’s to select from or you can make up your own. Good job guys! Magoo
