Fazoli’s

Hot food and friendly service! Every Fazoli’s I’ve ever been to has been slow at getting the food out for people going through the drive-​thru, however, this location is really slow with getting the food out. I guess I shouldn’t complain though, as I said, the food is always hot, which is rare for fast food.
The breadsticks are quite tasty :)

Inexpensive — but tasty and filling — Italian fast food.
Order at the counter; food is brought to table quickly.
Free refills on self-​serve soft drinks and buttery, garlicky bread sticks.
Admonished teenage cashier not to place soft drink cups on counter with lip down.

This is my first time at fazolies and i like the ordering system. All you do is order, pay, sit and wait. They have Great food for a reasonable price. I will be back again

It is what is. Bottomless breadsticks delivered to your table. Sub-​par Italian. But fast and cheap. About once /​year I venture to Fazolis. That’s plenty enough.

Fazoli’s is a very good quick Italian meal. For ‘fast food” Italian I actually think this is on par with Olive Garden and would not be surprised to learn it was the exact same food served there. No it’s not gourmet but it is a better option for a quick good meal than going to McDonalds etc for about the same price and you actually get a complete meal of real food.

Went for my first time today during my lunch. This location was clean and the people were very friendly. Was greeted right when we walked in and had plenty of time to look before ordering. Once we placed our Oder it only took us about 5 minutes to get our food. It was warm and fresh the bread was unlimited decent quality. Price was alright about the same as it would be for two meals at a true fast food restaurant (burger king or Wendy’s) but better quality food and more for your money. Over all I was very pleased and plan on returning again.

First time eating here. I was starving so I ordered the sampler. It was very tasty. Lasagna was my fav on the plate. Not too much sauce to overpower the cheesey goodness. The fettuccine alfredo had a great flavored sauce. Spaghetti was good but unusual with their sauce. Jury is still out on that one. The unlimited breadsticks are freshly baked brought out hot and are such fluffy goodness you can’t eat just one. Yum!

The food is always great and the unlimited breadsticks are fresh and tasty.

We come to familia whenever we’re in the mood for Italian but don’t want to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.
The good is always excellent and the service can’t be beaten either.

Five stars for Fazoli’s? You betcha. Excellent combination of value, good food, atmosphere (for fast food) and service. What more could you want? The dining room is always clean and the outside landscaping is kept nice and attractive. The tables were constantly wiped down and tables cleared quickly. Agree completely with another review about the meatball sub. Awesome! Is that pepperoni on there… yes it is… no wonder it’s so good. The bun is not «attached» at the bottom, like a hot dog bun, so when I picked up the sandwich as if it was, much of the goodness fell out. And just enough sauce… not a «saucy» sub (think Subway). Chicken parm… excellent. Penne pasta had plenty of italian sausage. Pizza is okay as a side or for kids… but the numerous pizza places in Westerville do not have to worry their customers are coming here just for the pizza. Everything I have had here has been wonderful. So the formula is: Fast-​food that’s not a hamburger + great taste + very reasonable price = five stars. Never had a disappointment.

About 15 years ago this place accused me of stealing meatballs.
I got spaghetti and meatballs to go. Took it home to find no meatballs. I thought they would be in the sauce. Nope.
Went back. The manager swore he packed them. Fine. Never been to a Fazoli’s since.

I give this a one star only because I cannot go any further down. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have worked in the food industry for 13 years, so I never complain because I know the industry. But the manager was the most nasty woman.
My husband had dental surgery and wanted an Italian ice. We pulled up about 10 minutes after they opened. There were some men working outside on the building. We sat at the drive thru speaker box for about 2 minutes without being recognized, so we just assumed either they were not open, they were shut down for renovations, or that we didn’t trip the sensor. We then left the drive through to go to see their store hours. The men working on the building informed us that the restaurant was indeed open, so we pulled back around to the speaker box.
The box wasn’t working and there were loud cracks and pops… we thought the woman was trying to talk to us so I told her we couldn’t understand and that I would pull up to the window. The woman working drive thru who claims to be the manager throws her hands up when she sees me at the window and yells at another employee, «I don’t know what she is doing. I told her to wait and that we would be with her… forget it… she can just wait!» I proceed to take a picture of the «how are we doing sign» and she then promptly came to the window lol.
She asked how she could help me and I asked to speak to the manager. As condescending as she could be she replies, «I am the manager.» I told her that we were not trying to be rude by pulling to the window and I tried to explain that the box wasn’t working. She makes a face, pushes her button for the box and says «that’s funny. cause it’s working right now.» I said… well it wasn’t working when we were down there and that I didn’t appreciate her attitude with throwing her hands at me, arguing about the box (cause that is a silly argument and would be stupid to lie about) and the condescending attitude I was receiving from her. She then proceeds to interrupt and talk over me. She said, «I wasn’t talking to you.» I then told her I was done arguing with her and would contact her corporate office… which I did lol. She yells «you go right ahead and call… I wasn’t even talking to you… I talking to this employee.» I just drove off. I have never been treated so poorly… shame on this fazolis for hiring such a rude and argumentative manager as the face of their store!!! I know that the customer isn’t always right… but don’t sit and argue and talk over and interrupt the guest! We will never be returning!

I brought home meatball subs one night for my wife and I and we both absolutely loved them. Best meatball subs we’ve ever had, hands down. Nothing satisfies me more when my wife calls me and asks me to pick up some Fazoli’s meatball subs on my way home from work. I love her for it and I love the meatball subs.

Look, I’m gonna be straight-​forward for a moment.
It’s Fazoli’s.
So, this isn’t fine italian food.
Here’s the pros to Fazoli’s — It’s fast. The people are nice. It’s fairly consistant. It’s fairly cheap.
Here are the cons — The food is sometimes a little flavorless. It’s a little salty. It’s Fazoli’s.
I’m giving Fazoli’s an extra star — just because it’s Fazoli’s and we have to give them some extra credit.

It’s been three years since I’ve been here so it’s time for an update. I ordered a plateful of spaghetti and three meatballs. The meatballs are small but it also comes with a couple of pieces of garlic bread (you can have more if you ask). There’s cheese on the table. The food is served on china with real silverware. For $ 7.50 it’s a helluva meal!

A notch above fast food. You can get two items, salad and drink for $ 7 +tax for lunch. Friendly staff decent food at reasonable prices.

I went on a Sunday around lunch time. I ordered the lasagna.
The food was hot and good for the price. This is fast food so my expectations were not very high.
I would go back here again but I am definitely not going to compare it Bravo’s. It is a decent alternative to fast food.
Food — Good for fast food (not spectacular) — Breadsticks were yummy
Service — Great — no waiter service — all counter
Price — $ 7 – 9 — depends on how hungry you are :-)

My grandparents used to take us here all the time. They have pretty cheap Italian food. It’s pretty much a fast food Italian restaurant. It’s something different for a change. They have pretty reasonable prices, and good bread sticks. Their meals are tasty, too. The only downside is it’s not as good as homemade food, but I’d still come back to Fazoli’s.

Good prices, plenty of breadstix. Fair quality, but the prices are so low they couldn’t afford to make it any better.
Relaxed atmosphere is good for kids. Traffic can be congested in the area.

Simply, food sucks don’t waste your time or energy on eating here
