Our first time ordering with Jet’s. Delivery was prompt, I gave a nice tip to delivery guy, but the product was bad, really bad. Ordered a veggie thin crust. Absolutely no flavor. Crust was very similar to cardboard and had no taste. I think someone forgot the salt. Toppings were Ok but there was minimal cheese. Tomato sauce was not seasoned… again no flavor. Pitched the rest after 3 pieces. First time… last time. Headed back to Classic. So sorry we ever strayed. NOMOREJET’S.

My favorite pizza delivery place. Orders are delivered on time, people are friendly on the phone. Pizza quality is always excellent! Saw the reviews weren’t that great for this location and was surprised, so figured I’d share some love!

One of the better chain pizza places. I still prefer the local pizzeria but if I had to pick a chain pizzeria(papa johns, donatos, piazza hut ect…) this would be a good choice. Good deep dish crust, the sauce is above average for a chain place. Pepperoni could be thicker and about twice as many would be good. My biggest complaint is that the mushrooms were clearly canned so hold the mushrooms. Overall if your in the mood for fried deep dish crust Jets is worth a try.

Jett’s Pizza is addictive. The deep dish is unbelievable. Every time we get it, the house goes quiet and all you can hear is chewing. We had a miscommunication this evening(first time), which was completely understandable, and the manager handled it like a champ. Issues are not issues when they are resolved. Great service, great pizza.

We recently moved to the area and we had tried Jet’s pizza at friends houses a few times. I have to admit– I’m a fan of the pizza. And being pregnant– I NEED my pizza. However, the customer service I received(or rather didn’t receive) tonight, will keep me from ever going there again. I ordered our pizza online, and it sent the order to a location that I felt wasn’t the closest to our house– but, whatever I didn’t have a choice in the location and I assumed their software knew what it was doing. Within 5 minutes of placing the order online, we received a phone call asking for our credit card number. My husband explained that we had just placed the order online and put the credit number in online. G$(on the other end of the phone) said, «ok, well if you put it in online I may not need it. If I do, I’ll call you back.» 45 minutes goes by, an hour, and then an hour and 10 minutes… and no sign of the pizza. I call the store and explain that we’ve been waiting an hour and 15 minutes and still don’t have a pizza. No apologies. And the guy I was talking to(who also said they recently went to a new computer system and have been having«loads of problems») hands the phone over to G$. Side note: I’m sorry, but is Jets moving to a new system my problem? Pretty sure it’s not… I digress… I explain to G$t that I’ve been waiting on the pizza nearly an hour and 20 minutes now and I want to find out where it is. G$ says«Well, I called and talked to your husband and he wouldn’t give me your credit card number.» I said«He absolutely would, but you said you didn’t think you’d need it.» And he replies«Well, your order isn’t here anymore. It’s not in the system.» I say«So, what you’re telling me is if I never called we would’ve continued waiting all night for a pizza that would never come.» And he has the casually responds«Yup, I guess so.» No apology. No offer to make another pizza lickity split. I said«This is ludicrous, what a welcome.» And he responds in a sarcastic tone«Alright. Have a good night!» Little does G$ know, my night was still soo good– I drove up to Little Caesar’s and got myself a piping hot deep dish pizza in 5 minutes. And it was delicious. Win for Little C’s– Giant loss for Jet’s.

Meh… I still like other pizza places in the are better. My daughter loves their cheesy garlic bread. I wasn’t as impressed the last time we ordered. It seemed to take a long time to get the pizza, it wasn’t really very hot when we finally got it, and mine and my husband’s stomach was really off the next day… Not sure if we will order pizza here again… We liked the Jets in Clintonville that we ordered from all of the time, but this store just maybe isn’t the same?

This in NOT good pizza. The ingredients are very bad and so is the flavor. Do not waste your money.

I tried Jets about a year ago when it opened in Westerville, and at that time, I thought it was awesome! However, the last couple times I’ve gotten it(I’ve always gotten the large deep dish pepperoni pizza), it was a rather tasteless mass of dough and grease. It didn’t even taste like pizza. I don’t know if they’ve changed their ingredients or what, but it’s not like it used to be. I doubt if I get Jets again(sorry, Jets)

Mouth watering, nostrils flaring, hands trembling… yep, this means I must have just stepped into Jets Pizza. I know this is a chain pizza place, and sure there are a TON of places in Columbus that you can get amazing, homemade, pizza, but sometimes a girl wants some totally greasy, extra large, yummy pizza… and this is where I go. I love being able to call, place an order, drive 5 minutes, and bam hot pizza box on my lap! I usually get their deep dish large pizza or the 9 corners and of course an order of turbo crust. Pizza from chains has gotten a bit pricey, but this one is not too bad with a pizza and side totaling around $ 15. And little side note, they have a lot of different flavored crusts, which you can pick at no extra charge! Everyone at the Westerville location is super friendly! They didn’t even mind when I walked in the last time to pick up my order I ended up doubling the amount of food I was getting(I know, I know, I may seek help). So if you are near Westerville(route 3) or Henderson Rd. and you need some good olé cheesy greasy goodness go to Jets. And if you want to take precautionary measures in over indulging they have lunch and dinner options for a single serving!

I am amending my original review(below) of 5 stars. I called to order for the third time and I asked about specials. We put together an order using their special and the total came to $ 22. This seems silly since I could get double the pizza for $ 23.99 or the same amount of pizza for $ 16.99 by getting the Family Pac. I asked to change the order to the $ 16.99 Family Pac. I was told that on his end he sees the Family Pac for $ 17.99 and the $ 16.99 is a Michigan deal. I am looking right at the coupon online with the Westerville address directly above the $ 16.99 price. Then the manager gets on the phone to tell me that he will need the coupon to honor the price, fine. Then he tells me that this is the last time they can deliver to me because I am out of the delivery range and this is per the owner! It is the EXACT same distance as the Gahanna location which I do not order from because the pizza is cold when it gets here, not to mention it has never been an issue to deliver to me before. I am truly disappointed because we enjoy the pizza, but I refuse to support a business owner that is so quick to blow off loyal customers. Original review: We have been ordering from the gahanna location and decided to try Westerville today. So glad we did! The pizza arrived HOT and fresh and 15 min sooner than promised. I was not in love with Jet’s basses on the gahanna location, but I am certainly impressed by the Westerville location. Yum!

Even though this is only my second review, I feel like pizza places are probably hard to review because everyone has their own specific tastes. But, screw everyone else! I like greasy pizza and thick crust, so Jet’s and I go together like ramma lamma lamma ka dinga da dinga dong. Last Friday, my boss and I threw a pizza party for another department(not out of the kindness of our hearts) and they told us that Jet’s was their favorite pizza. Ask, and you shall receive(and so shall we). We called the manager in advance and told him we had a large order. He advised us to get the party trays because they are a better value, and took it one step further by offering us a deal since we were placing such a large order. When we went to pick up the pizza, it was hot and ready right on time. Seeing that there were only two of us, and four stacks of pizzas to carry, the cashier helped us carry them to the car without being asked. Since you can’t throw a pizza party for others unless you steal one for your own enjoyment, you can bet that one of the pizzas made it upstairs to our department. The pizza was simple cheese and pepperoni, with the turbo(garlic, parmesan, romano, and butter) crust. Thick crust, square cut. Even one slice is filling, with the turbo crust adding a delicious crunch that complements the gooey cheese and thick crust perfectly. I will say that this is not the first time I’ve had Jet’s. This was the third time(same type of pizza each time) and I’m happy to report that I finally got it right. Do not have more than three slices, unless you enjoy a searing heartburn and deep pangs of regret. Three slices. Got it?
