White Castle

I have lived in the Columbus area for 3 years now and have not yet tried a White Castle. I was at the bank on my lunch break from work and the previous evening I saw a commercial for White Castle with the jalapenos sliders and loaded fries. So next to the bank I was at was a White Castle so I thought I would try them for lunch. I should of skipped lunch besides ended up being almost 8 dollars for 3 sliders and order of loaded fries. The sliders were soaked I could not tell it was the grease from the half cooked meat or if they soaked the buns in the jalapeño juice or submerged them in the mayo I think it was. They were not editable at all. The order of fries were submerged in cheese sauce and once i dug through with a fork i found 8 fries total. Never again and I can not believe that is all I heard since I moved him you have to eat at a white castle.

I was very excited to try White Castle as I am from the west coast and had never been to one. Alas I will have to wait a little longer because I was not able to try the food at this location.
I came in at about 5 pm and there was one person in line in front of me. I grabbed a bottled water and drank some of it while I waited to place my order. Literally 10 min later, I’m staring at the 4 employees behind the counter wandering around at a snail’s pace helping the drive thru customers and cleaning various things but never even acknowledged the person in line in front of me or myself. Terrible customer service. Had to just leave the money on the counter for the water I already started drinking because i couldn’t get anyone’s attention to try to pay for it.

I think you’ve got to be high to enjoy this food. I always get diarrhea when I eat here. Will need eat here again.

So they place was super nice and fast, as someone who lives in the West this little treat was super nice as was the staff.

White Castle is pure American junk fast food. It’s so good to be bad and when you’re eating White Castle, well your doctor would judge you very bad indeed. I do love White Castle, my favorite is their double cheeseburger but really just about all their sandwiches are pretty good, even surprisingly the barbecue ones they periodically have. And if you like chili, you owe it to yourself to check their chili out (seasonal item). I’m not a huge fan of their fries so I usually get their onion rings.
This White Castle is a great White Castle IMO. It’s always clean and the people that work there are friendly. It’s my go-​to White Castle in Westerville when I need my mini-​cheeseburger fix. Be aware the burgers are pretty small so you will probably need 2 or 3 at least to get full, unless you’re a really light eater. This particular White Castle keeps some odd hours at night is the only thing you need to be aware of. I think the store closes at late but the drive through closes even earlier because of the apartment across the street and the headlights from the drive through waking people up or something.
One note — This White Castle offers delivery to a limited area on the weekends. That way you can be lazy AND get your junk fast food on — what your doctor don’t know won’t hurt him, LOL!

Being from the west coast, I have never had white castle. Cheap and filling. Fast and friendly. Pprobably a good drunk food sober upper. But be warned– after you eat them, you’ll know why they call em slidders. They slide right out.
