ALEX AND ANI Westfield

Now I like Alex and Ani jewelry– so this has nothing to do with the product.
Today was my 1^st visit to the westfield location. Now as soon as I walked in– I was welcomed. Great!
But Let people walk around and if they need help– then be there. Unless I know what I want right away– I need time to think of what I want without someone following me with every step. It made my experience very uncomfortable. Honestly if I didn’t have to buy a gift for someone that day then I would have saved my 100 bucks and took my business to the ridge wood location or even Bloomingdales.

Truly disappointing service. The salesperson was rude and unforgiving about a broken necklace which was purchased three days prior. Her attitude was not representative of a quality jeweler. I will neither frequent this store moving forward, nor will I recommend it.

A place selling inexpensive jewelry my wife LOVES? It does not get any better than that! I keep meaning to look up whether I can buy stock in this company.
Hugely popular (and often hugely crowded) since it opened.
Also a great option for budget nice gifts for grads; babysitters; etc.
A very nice staff – and they keep ttrack of which of their thousands of similar bracelets my wife already has – which is well beyond my talents!

I came to purchase a sweet sixteen gift for my daughter to give to a friend. From the moment I walked in I could tell this wasn’t your average jewelry store. Everything was neat and easy to see. The store itself was very clean and organized. All the display cases were centered around the room. The smell is what first hit me. It was so lovely and smelled a little like patchouli, very clean and earthy. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member named Alyssa. She asked if I had any questions and was very eager to help.
There is a huge selection of bangles and bracelets. You have a choice of either silver or gold to choose from. Each bracelet has a different charm on it. The best way to wear an Alex and Ani bracelet is to combine it with other Alex and Ani bracelets so there stacked on the wrist.
I thought their prices were fair. The one I chose was around $ 35 dollars. Depending on what type and style you choose that will determine the price.
My salesperson used an iPad and registered me so as to keep tract of my personal choices.
It was a very easy purchase, I was in and out in 20 minutes.
This store is located in downtown Westfield.
There is metered parking on the street and also a metered parking lot across the street behind Victoria Secrets.
This is definitely a store to shop in. If your looking for an inexpensive gift for yourself or others I suggest stopping in.

They were so nice and my sales lady Marge was super nice! The line was a block and a half long but the experience was nice. I did go the day before mothers day so everyone came out to Alex and Ani so it was really packed but worth it.
