Kinda small and pricey, but does seem to be one of those places where you can find niche or quality toys. And the atmosphere is like a mini Toy’r’us. Plus, the young girl with the curly jet black hair is adorable and was helpful ;-) I saw her helping out a lady with a big box. I’ll check it out again.

My children received birthday gifts from this store that we already owned so we tried to exchange them. The manager in the store called the Sterling store to find out how much was paid for each item but wasn’t able to find out. I approached her again, after being in the store for about 20 mins, and she told me that she could only take back the items at 25% off. I was NOT returning them for money. I was looking for an exchange with something of equal or greater value. I think their policy is ridiculous and her lack of an attempt to assist me as my son was crying when we left doesn’t reflect well on their attempt at being a neighborhood toy store. I will not be shopping at this store again.
