Love to sit outside on the patio with my dogs. Had the Sea bass special which was delicious. Kendall our waiter was extremely attentive. Quite possibly the best service I have had at any restaurant in years. Thank you.

What a find in Westlake! Horrible Malibu beach traffic had us heading over the canyon on a Saturday afternoon in search of a last minute dinner somewhere. We’ve been spending a fair amount of time in this area, and my mom had mentioned that this was one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. I was hopeful after looking at their fantastic Unilocal reviews. We were able to get a last minute reservation on a Saturday for 4 people on the patio at 7:45pm. We arrived to a happening restaurant. I didn’t love that it’s in a glorified strip mall, but once you’re in the patio area, you do not even notice. Service was very friendly and many of the staff were authentically Italian. They ran through the list of specials and there were several things that sounded good. A warm bread basket came out with focaccia and garlic knots. We ordered the prosciutto and melon to start and the beef carpaccio. Their ingredients were very fresh and top quality. The melon was perfectly ripe and there was thinly shaved parmesan atop the carpaccio. We saw a special go to a table nearby: Santa Barbara spot prawns with a lemon, garlic linguine. It looked incredible, and tasted just as good as it looked. We ended up all ordering the same main! The only downside was I did not get to try anything else. But these spot prawns were delicate, and sweet. One of my favorite local delicacies. We brought in our own wine and corkage was a fair $ 20. A great spot for dining in Westlake Village.

Excellent restaurant in the shopping area across from the Hyatt Westlake Village. There were six of us, including one friend who is a local and knows the dining scene well. We arrived at 6:30 and were comfortably seated in the middle of the restaurant. They brought us bruschetta and bread, and then our charming waiter Sasha recited the specials, which all sounded delicious. Listening to the others order drinks, appetizers and entrées, I had the sudden desire for something simpler. So I requested they make me pappardelle bolognese. The food arrived. Compared to the other elaborate plates, mine looked rustic, adorned with a single large leaf. But it sure made up for it in taste! The pappardelle pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was flavored just right. Home run! I ate in silence, savoring every morsel, then joined the dinner conversation, which was lively and genial, our hostess being quite the raconteur. After everyone was done, Sasha showed up again with his platter of desserts — six concoctions which were all devilishly decadent. While the others oohed and aahed over the selections and ordered tiramisus and profiteroles and molten lava chocolate cakes, I again opted for something simple — a hazelnut gelato. This was again a good decision, as the gelato was delightful, and reminded me of having the same at quaint gelaterias during holidays in Italy. Another home run! As we wrapped up our meal and slowly strolled back to the Hyatt, I said a silent thank you to the chefs at the Tuscany for not losing the art of making simple classics to perfection. I will be back very soon!

Excellent ambiance, great service, and very good food. We went with a group of friends so we got to try several items. We had the lobster ravioli, seafood linguini, chicken paillard, and the spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti and meatballs were definitely my favorite. They also bring you bruschetta and a bread basket to start which is a really nice touch! My husband and I will definitely be back!

Although the food was good, their customer service was horrible. Why make a reservation, then have to wait another hour to be seated?! Two stars is for the food, but their customer service needs improvement — otherwise, I would rate this place a one star. I won’t recommend this place to others — nothing special, nothing great.

Well, I have to say I was disappointed again. I took my wife and son here for Mother’s Day, had a 1:15 reservation and finally seated at 2:10 — oh they did offer us a SEATATTHEBAR! They told us they were seating us on the patio, which I never requested, so we had to wait for that table. I kept checking the hostess’ list and by the time we were seated they had seated, at least, 10 after our name. Finally seated and waited 10 minutes before a waiter shows up. We order drinks and waited another 10 minutes for another waiter to show up and ask if we had ordered drinks. He hustled away and came back with our drinks — not as we ordered. Still no water or bread and I was nearing point break! First course came and the presentation looked like my Granddaughter had plated it — she’s five years old. Looked like they had thrown it on the plate, with splatters all over the serving dish, no garnish NO Presentation. At 2:30 I am sure it was the last of the cooking, the food was salty and my wife’s was tough and she had chicken. So enough, this is the second time this has happened and we WON“T BEBACK.

What’s there not to love about Tuscany? The restaurant is located in Westlake Village California and parking is fairly simple as it’s in a strip mall, I have never had problems finding parking. Tonight I was looking off to try to try 2 of their specials, 1 was the sea bass in a miso sauce and the other were the prawns. Both were equally good if I had to order again I would order the Sea Bass. The only reason I am giving it a four star is because of the noise level as I find it to be a little bit on the lower side so if you were coming here for an intimate dinner with someone you love, may not be the best restaurant for romance. If you were coming for quality food then I would rate it a five star!

Sensational in every way! Sensazionale in ogni modo! Our go to restaurant for every occasion and last night was no exception. Always impeccable food and service but Tommaso and his staff exceeded my expectations last night with the food and service for a graduation party of 100 guests. The beef carpaccio with arugula as fresh and delicious as I remember it was in Italy. Italian specialty antipasti always hit the mark at Tuscany. Primo and cortorno delizioso! But for me, a hug from Tommaso, dolce! Grazie mille for a very special evening!

Food is okay!!! Service is great. Desserts(chococlate volcano) is deadly awesome. Price is too pricey for this type of restaurant. The place is classy.

We had dinner on the patio tonight at dusk. So nice. Service is excellent and the menu is great. The bruschetta appetizer is off the hook. Also recommend the Caesar salad and Wedge salad. Every pasta we’ve tried has not disappointed.

The Good. Great food, great ambiance. The Bad. The menu. The waiter didn’t seem to care about the specials or want to be helpful. The Ugly. Service? I’m sorry if you call this service. Rushed fast dining is more like it. They start you with a bruschetta like crostini. Very good. The bread basket is great. The corn chowder with lobster is excellent; it was the best I’ve had anywhere. When in Italy, have Italian I say, so pasta is was tonight. The Pumpkin Ravioli was excellent and a little sweet. The Linguine with Claims was great, with perfect al dente pasta. Great martinis. Absolute Vodka is poured without call and is great, my Dirty Martini was outstanding and even came with 3 olives, and the Lemon Drop Martini was great and dripping with sweetness. Once inside, I was reminded of the drapery and classic feel of Italy but with a clean modern crispness. Now the service: our martini’s arrived well after our soup. What’s that all about? We also hadn’t been aware of the Risotto of the day, which we heard about as the table next to us was ordering. And the Risotto with jumbo shrimp sounded really good but too late. When our dessert came, the server had them reversed between us, but when we pointed this out to him, he just dropped them in the wrong place and just grunted. I haven’t even seen this arrogance or carelessness even in Manhattan. The bill was dropped on our table before we’d taken a first bite of our chocolate lava cake or cheesecake. So there you have it. A great date night for us, as we’ve seen these things before and don’t let people we don’t know and won’t see again ruin our good time together. Va tutto bene!

I love these guys. Really nice restaurant, a bit leaning towards a more mature(50’s up) crowd. Food is consistently delicious. Love to order wine here and watch them tinker with the cool decanter with the candle. I have had some delicious meals, and some awkward portions and off pricing, so I can’t give them a 5, but it is always a good time, fun to talk with neighbors and staff and tasty food!

Generally speaking food is good. I’ve been here 4 times. On my last experience I ordered The Frito Misto appetizer with calamari and white bait. When I received the dish there was no whitebait in it, when I brought this to their attention I was told it’s in there, after closer inspection they realize it wasn’t. But offered to bring me a sideplate of whitebait, what I got were scraps of fish deep-fried. I know what whitebait looks like and these were them! I wish I could post a picture of it

The food is very good, but waaaaaaayyyyy overpriced for the portions and for what you get. What is it with these expensive Italian restaurants? I mean have the owners of these establishments ever been fed real Italian food by a real Italian mother or grandmother… you never ever get these small portions. IMO, this place is the perfect example of a place where a bunch of people go to eat at just because it’s expensive so they can tell people they went there. I guess it makes them feel special. Whatever. Grissini in Agoura is better all around Italian… but still pricey

I love Tuscany! I think it is one of Westlake’s best dining establishments. Everything here is so spot on. The service every time I come is flawless, the food is delicious(try their Cioppino!) I am a fan of their Frito Misto as well and they have a fabulous wine menu and make some seriously delicious cocktails! Whenever I am in SoCal, Tuscany is always on my list of places I try to visit… It’s a favorite of a girlfriend and mine to catch up over a delicious and carb infused dinner!

The restaurant was packed on an early Saturday evening and very noisy. We got a nice 4-top for the 2 of us. The restaurant serves complimentary crostini to start and the chopped tomatoes on a thin toasted piece of bread were great! The rest of the bread basket was also good with a verity of items. They did not serve any butter, or oil and vinegar at the table and did not offer it. Oversight or just their approach? In general the service was acceptable but the staff seemed to be rushed and not as experienced as you would expect at a restaurant like this. My husband started with the Chilled Shrimp and Crab Claw Cocktail. It was a nice presentation and he said the sauce was very good although the seafood could have been colder. I had the Heirloom and Burrata Salad. The tomatoes were ripe and flavorful with a nice amount of vinegar. The Burrata was creamy and delicious. The Eggplant Parmigiana was light and the tomato sauce was delicious. The Salmon in Potato Pancake was nicely presented. The potato was crispy, and the salmon well cooked. For dessert we had the Fresh Peach Mascarpone tart which was excellent — fresh peaches, creamy mascarpone.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and have always been very happy with my food, the service and atmosphere. Usually I’m here for lunches through my work, but I also had a romantic dinner here with my husband. My favorite dish is probably their pumpkin ravioli. It’s very sweet and feels like a combination between a meal and a dessert right on one plate. Portion sizes are good, but not«big» — you won’t leave stuffed unless you work at it. Starter salads are good sized though, and I regretted not getting the beat salad when I saw how delicious my friend’s looked last time. I’ll get that next time for sure. Desserts are always very good here, with the lemon cake being one of my favorites. I highly recommend this restaurant. In addition to the above, the restaurant is very clean, classy, romantic and I’ve always had wonderful service!

Great Food! It started with a serving of bruschetta — delicious crispy bread. The basket of bread and olive oil with garlic and basil dip(dip on request) was so delicious I had to stop myself from stuffing myself with just bread. I ordered house chianti classico which was just Okay. The crab cakes in appetizers were nice. But the main course was just simply awesome. I had the salmon wrapped in potato pancakes, which was very unique and delicious. I also tried food from my friends — pasta they had customized since they are vegetarians. Everything was just awesome. I can’t wait to go back and try other things. Blueberry panacotta was just too sweet for all of us. The raspberry syrup on it felt like intensely dense sugar syrup. The tiramisu also wasn’t that great. It’s was a bit in extra sweet side and did not really taste like typical tiramisu. If desserts are improved this place definitely deserves 5 stars. Service was great and quick.
