Big Plus: open 7 days/week. I called several places to get a price quote to unlock my phone, I was quoted around $ 25 – 70. This place charged only $ 15 and would do it within an hour. Upon arrival, the person explained to me that he had to call the company to get the unlock code. Depending on the queue, it can take from 5 minutes to an hour. He was very nice and answered my questions while we were waiting. The whole process took less than an hour. Strongly recommended.

I am so glad to have found this place! I honestly used to shop around(hey, can’t blame me! you know you do too) but I always found myself going back to this place for phone service. What I really like about this place is that they do not lure you into traps like other places pressure you the way they do. And the guy that fixes my phone(I think his name is Andy?) is like a phone doctor, he was able to fix every broken phone that I brought in. It’s certain that I am now going to stick with this place because they have the lowest price in town and great customer service. This place is like a hidden gem in this busy Bolsa area.

The place is nice. I just wish that they would give you what you paid for. I bought two phones, one for me and one for my boyfriend anddd the phone they sent my boyfriend had nothing but the phone! no battery, no charger. no headphone, ect. otherwise, they were friendly yet i feel like they cheated me on the phones that i got. good prices on SOME things. sent used phones. happened twice since we’ve been with them. I’m not even sure if my phone is new or used.

Went here to buy my boyfriend a new motorola charger yesterday. This place is clean and simple. I could barely understand the gentlemen who assisted me though… boohoo, my vietnamese is horrible. The workers also looked kick back and lounged while sipping there iced coffee from top baguette. He was friendly though, and made sure i got what i wanted. I was also browsing around and they have nice phones also. I believe they carry t-mobile phones mostly. And they also unlock cells. Charger was 10 bucks, still a good deal to me. Most asian owned wireless stores go for 10 bucks anyways. Better than paying 40 bucks from a real tmobile store! Most likely won’t come back here, but it doesn’t mean this place is bad.
