Definitely not knowing what happened with the one star ratings, but I absolutely adore this place and I absolutely think it deserves many more high ratings. I come here pretty often, in fact, my family and friends do phone service here and we are pleased. The store is recently remodeled but it had always been clean and well kept. The employees here are very nice, welcoming, and attentive especially Nick. He is super helpful and always makes sure I get the information/​phone service that I request for. I always rest assured when it comes to business with this place.

They said they will rebate $ 100 after 5 months but nothing when i came back to store. It is a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU CAN.

It was time to renew my contract, so I shopped around for a better deal than the carrier. A waste of time coming in here, their TV ad is bogus. I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, a few blocks away from them, BETTER EVERYTHING — better selection, better service, and better deal overall. I will NEVER step foot into this store ever again.
Now Known As: WIRELESS CHAMPS… go elsewhere for better service!
