At first, I thought I’d found a comparable deal (financially) to the el toro base I was leaving. Filled out the contract and everything before realizing that there was no practical way of fitting my trailer, short of purchasing a forklift for precise maneuvering. It was then, that I was exposed to the incredibly childish and offensive personality of the manager. Who I thought to originally be a quirky but friendly guy, turned out to be very u helpful and for some silly reason, took my difficulties as a personal insult to him. I’ll save you the nasty remarks I received and just say, pay more for somewhere better!

I appreciate the security offered by Central RV Storage. They require licensed individuals with current license tags on their units and that the units are operable and brought in by owners of the vehicles. These requirements are not excessive and only add to the security of all the tents. Those parties who cannot comply to these rules are not welcome.

I’d give this place 0 star if I can. They lost me as a customer due to their way answering my call. I was trying to help my handicapped neighbor to send his bus to this storage because he would travel to New York. And he called in yesterday to make a deal with them. He had to depart early because there was something came up. So I called in to get it done and the guy name Glen was so RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. He was unclear about why he didn’t want to take the bus and treated like I’m a thief trying to do something shady. My good deed came out to be some kind of crime. Nice customer service.
