Premises is dirty and dingy. Seems like too many homeless and displaced individual using it as a temporary shelter. Driving to your unit can be an awkward experience as meth head and druggies keep an eye out for law enforcement. Customer service from office staff nonexistent. They’ll JACK up your rental fee every 6 months and try to find ways to milk you for more unnecessary fees and insurance. If you’re ever late on payment be prepare to pay additional $ 10. No wiggle room or understanding at all.

I love the customer service here! They’re always friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had issues with feeling safe or accessing my storage unit. If you’re around this area and need a storage unit, check out Mini U Storage. Their prices are very fair.
